Sea la Vie is a beach front with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The large patio has an outdoor eating area and tall lounge chairs to ensure a relaxing view of the ocean. The large, open living room, kitchen, dining area is a wonderful gathering place; and, the vaulted ceiling adds to the open feel. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining bar to allowing everyone to join in the cooking/baking/eating experience.
Sea la Vie sleeps 10 in beds. The master bedroom features a king bed and an on suite with double sink and large shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed. And, the third bedroom accommodates 6 with full under twin bunk beds. Both the second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Downstairs features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a built-in picnic table.

This was the perfect spot. Close to the beach. It had everything we needed and the host were very responsive. They suggested places to eat and shop which was helpful when not knowing the area. I'd for sure stay here again.

Cathy & Eric were wonderful. Able to reach them any time. House was very comfortable. Do to fact there is no place to eat for 27 miles it would be nice to know that in advance along with a pot or two included in kitchen. All in all it was very nice.

This home is perfect for anyone wanting stunning views and enough room to really enjoy the time with family. Plants of beds and space to move about and still feel comfy. I would however say that it was evident it was pet friendly, as there was white pet hair on all of clothing and we had to be careful about it accumulating in balls that would roll across the floor every time the door was opened and the wind came in. There is also no place to put your clothing as there are no dressers in any of the rooms. We were left to place our clothing in stacks along the bedroom walls and again the pet hair would be on it. Other than that this home is perfect in every way and if you want a top of the line rental this is it.

Love that the beach is literally steps away and there’s not a large dune obstructing foot access or views. Makes it so nice that our grandchildren can easily run up to the house to eat, restroom or nap and not have to pack up and drive. The house is clean, tidy and has plenty of room.

We loved our stay. Eric & Cathy are terrific hosts. We forgot some clothes and they got them back to us. House is right on the beach! The only caveat is that the winds were up (25-30) when we were there & the house rocked us to sleep. If you are prone to motion sickness, be prepared. We had no issues & hope to rent again!

Wonderful Annual Sisters Trip

My two sisters & myself had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie & will recommend it to friends & other family members. House is clean with very comfortable beds & sheets! Towels were very soft & nice! Over all a very nice place to stay.

Great beach front and sun location

My sister and I enjoyed the location, not too far from grocery and ferry but also not crowded. The tall chairs on the deck were perfect for ocean viewing. Place was clean. Windows didn’t like to open and no screens when they would. Overall a Good find :)

Birding trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was close to a lot of great birding sites and we loved our ocean view each day. We especially appreciated the purple martin house in front of the rental. We were glad that we read other reviews that recommended buying groceries before arriving as groceries and restaurants are limited in the area.

Perfect for family fun!

We had a great stay! beautiful views of sunrise. Everything was clean and exactly as it was described. The beach was full of seashells and different treasures to look for the kids and the dogs absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.
