We had a great stay at Eric’s property!! The house is perfect and in a great location- only about 4 blocks from the beach. Eric was a great host- easy check-in and check-out instructions. I messaged him with a question at 11pm one night, expecting a reply the next day and he responded instantly!We typically stay in Galveston, but it was the first time in Bolivar. We really loved it and plan to return!

Super nice and clean beach house. It was very spacious. The house was close to the beach and to The Big Store, which was convenient. There is a fire bit in the back of the house, which was super nice at nights. The host is very friendly and a quick communicator. Would definitely recommend!

This home is spacious and very clean. The quiet location was much needed for our little family stay. Very close to the beach yet far enough not to hear the traffic and partying.
