The showers need some updating - too much obvious mildew stains. I would prefer to have house keeping everyday. It was neat and for the most part clean. The location is great for Port Angeles. My suggestion would be to keep updating.

The in room heater fan was quite loud, even on low. I had to turn off the entire unit. There was no breakfast included. If you don't get a waterside view room , I would stay somewhere else.

My problem is the room location…this is one of the premium view rooms that they charge more for. We were rudely awakened a little after 6 am with banging in the hallway. Our room turned out to be across the hall from the laundry room, and you can hear the very noisy washers that make it impossible to sleep in. There is also a sitting area across from our room that several people were using to carry on a conversation for several hours. I tried to call the front desk at 11:40 pm, but went to voice mail so I left a message and at five after midnight I stuck my head out and asked if they could take their conversation somewhere else. You really need to sound proof the rooms in this area because literally everything can be heard in these rooms. So next time I will know to ask for a room not near the laundry or a sitting area…that is if we ever stay here again.

Room was clean , lots of parking. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the water. The restaurant had great views. The food and drinks were great! It was a short walk to the black ball ferry and other restaurants and bars close by. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location, Large guest room with equally good bathroom, nice size balcony. Breakfast is not available but can be purchased at the joining restaurant. Only reason for 4 stars, was they didn’t come to clean the room inspite of our daily requests. They left fresh towels and bathroom products. Price was great and you have a beautiful walk on the harbor of strait of Juan de Fuca. I strongly recommend the hotel
