Hillside Villa overlooking Lemonodassos
Summary: Α lovely villa overlooking lemonodassos, across Poros island. Enjoy our balcony's view with a morning coffee and chill out after a long day of touring.
The Space: A hillside, stone wall villa with 3 master bedrooms (one located on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) A private outdoor pool of 45 sq. m. a cozy living room with a fireplace and an outstanding sea view, which you can enjoy from the 80 sq. m. veranda are some of the amenities this house provides to it’s guests for a luxurious stay. *The house was build during 1991-2. It is of traditional construction with a tiled roof supported on wooden beams. The ground floor has under floor heating and cooling air conditioning. *Vines provide a shade to the veranda during the symmer summer months. At the end of the summer grapes are collected and Tsipouro ( a local alcoholic drink ) is produced by distillation.
Guest Access: • You will have the privacy of the entire house.
The Neighborhood: A peacefull byroad winding through THE OLIVE GROVES . The last 900 meter of the road to our house was a dirt road . Last week the road was fixed and it is now a beautiful road asphalt .A car is necessary if visitors want to explore the area of Eastern Peloponese.
Getting Around: The house is located 6 KM from the promenade of galatas and the ferry terminal to poros .. The boat terminal to the island of hydra is 17 KM away .
We can provide bicycles for people who want to cycle around the promenade of Galatas and Poros. Day trips to the city of Nafplion, the ancient theatre of Epidaurus, the islands of Hydra and Spetses are a must . The nearby towns of Ermioni and Methana are worth visiting . Korinth and Loutraki are located 1.5 hours drive away . These are two cities which are also worth visiting . Beaches are available everywhere. All these places have restaurants and beaches. You can fill a week long holiday with a lot of different trips and activities. The passenger catamarans connect Poros Harbour with the Port Of Piraeus several times every day . The voyage duration is one hour . The bus terminal connecting Piraeus to the airport is 5 minutes walk from the passenger catamaran terminal. The Piraeus Metro station is 10 minutes walk from the Piraeus Catamaran Terminal..
