Enjoy an ideal location 300m from the beach and coastal path to explore the south of Brittany on foot or by bike. Set off to discover the Jade Coast, its coves and sandy beaches in a preserved natural environment, combining the charm of the countryside and the proximity of the ocean.



This family home of 200 m², located on a private wooded property of 4000m², offers accommodation capacity for up to 10 people.



The floor includes a living area comprising a living room and dining room, equipped with a television, WiFi and a fireplace. It also offers direct access to a vast veranda with sun awnings overlooking the garden. The open kitchen connected to the dining room is equipped with gas hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a filter and capsule MALONGO coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, electric whisk, potato masher, rice cooker, steam combination appliance...). On the night side, there are two bedrooms with single (80x200) or double (160x200) beds according to your preference and a mezzanine with two single beds (80x190) and a study area. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower and then two toilets complete this level.



The ground floor offers an independent studio of 45m² completely fitted out which has a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second with two single beds (80x200). Then an open kitchen onto the living room, equipped with a breakfast bar with stools, gas hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils. The living room has a television and gives access to a 15m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. (Table, chairs, barbecue, parasol) A bathroom with WC completes the studio.



For maximum comfort, two hairdryers are also made available to you, an ironing table and iron, a washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer. Air conditioning is available in the studio living area as well as in the upstairs living room.

You have a covered parking space in the garage and three outdoor parking spaces on the fully enclosed property.
