The 67m² open-plan apartment is located in the wooded residence “La Clarière”, 500m from the historic center of Pornic and 800m from the blue flag beach of “La Noard”, the marina, bars and restaurants. It has 2 double bedrooms (140 beds) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic and gas hob, oven, microwave, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (electric grill, citrus press, citrus press, electric whisk, potato masher...) .The dining-living room has a television and gives access to two 10m² terraces each with outdoor furniture.
