The holiday home Malibu in Villa California offers space for 3 people with separate access and terrace. The individual location of the holiday home in Porec-Süd, residential area "Novo Naselje" and in close proximity to the "Plava Laguna" (blue lagoon) will convince you as a holiday guest! The house is 100 meters from our previous location "Veli Joze", to the popular beach and sports boat harbor is only about 300 meters. Here there are restaurants, toilets, fresh water showers as well as sports and leisure facilities and an attractive promenade path into the city of Porec, Istria.

Top Vermieter - nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute und freundliche Vermieter. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und bekommt in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht von TV, WLAN, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine....bis zum Föhn und Wassserkocher. Die kleine Terrasse wurde gerne und oft von uns genutzt. Danke an die Vermieter für die freundliche und herzliche Gästebetreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub

Toller Urlaub.

Die Wohnung der Familie Duwe war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts, was wir noch hätten brauchen können. Zum Strand ist man ca 10 min zu Fuß unterwegs, genauso zum nächsten Supermarkt. Die Familie ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt laufend Tipps, wo und wie man am besten wo hinkommt, das Essen schmeckt und sich größere Einkäufe erledigen lassen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, das nächste mal mit mehr Familie in einer größeren Wohnung 😊👍 Danke für die tolle Zeit

Ideale Unterkunft für 2 Erwachsene.Die Wohnung ist gut bestückt,nur in der Küche fehlte Toaster.Klimagerät vorhanden,kostete 5€ pro Tag.Hr.Duve und sein Sohn Daniel betreuen die Unterkünfte,sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend,beantworten alle Fragen,geben Tipps und helfen,wo sie können.Wir waren sehr zufrieden :) Danke!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Meter durch ein Kiefernwäldchen vom Strand entfernt

Eine Ferienwohnung zum wohlfühlen und eine kleine Terrasse wo man gemütlich frühstücken kann. Das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Küchenzeile ,wo an alles gedacht wurde.Sogar eine defekte Geschirrspülmaschine wurde von den freundlichen Vermietern sofort getauscht. Lediglich der Internetzugang ist noch verbesserungswürdig. Wir hatten erholsame Ferien und kommen gern wieder.

feines Ferienhaus in Porec - Istrien

Wir haben hier unsere Ferien verbracht. Bei Ankuft war Alles sehr schön organisiert und problemslos. Wir haben das kleine Ferienhaus "Malibu" in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Toll war ach die Ausstattung. Es fehlte hier an nichts. Gerne haben wir auch unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen. Es war alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand, Stadt, Einkaufen, Restaurants, Sportzentren...etc pp. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung von uns an Familie Duwe, die uns kompetent betreut haben!
