Beautiful, quietly situated vacation home with three apartments and pool

Our vacation house, built in 2000, is located in the settlement of Kukci, a quiet suburb of Porec, and has a total for 3 fully equipped apartments with bedroom, kitchen, shower / WC and terrace (you do not need bed linen or towels). Apartment 2 has a beautiful covered terrace with pool and sea view and is about 40 square meters . It can accommodate three people, some of our regular guests also travel with two children who can sleep on the 140x200 cm sofa bed. Basically, however, the apartment is perfect for 2 adults with a maximum of one child. A TV with satellite reception is available. Parking is available on the property within the complex. The large garden with pool and our barbecue area invite you to enjoy your vacation.
In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket with a bakery and a bar, which can be reached in a few minutes walk.
Highly recommended is the restaurant "Marina", which is also located in the village within walking distance.
Besides Porec has numerous quiet or lively beaches, all can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle, so that both older people and families with children as well as younger people get their money's worth. Furthermore, you can choose from a very wide cultural, culinary and sporting offer, so nothing stands in the way of a versatile vacation that leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to Porec's very good transport connections, you can also explore all the inviting historic towns and the beautiful, green hilly to mountainous hinterland of Istria, which is also known as the Tuscany of Croatia due to the similarity of the landscape.
Especially in the off-season, Istria has become a popular destination for bicycle tourists due to its well-developed network of paths.
We, Andreas and Martina Muha with our three children, living in Starnberg, would be very happy to welcome you as guests in our house and are of course available for any questions and suggestions.

Tolle FeWo in sehr schöner Lage

Die Fewo liegt ca 2 Km in einem Vorort von Porec, mit dem Auto sind mehrere Einkaufsingl.wie Lidl, Kaufland in 5 -10min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit einer neuen Küche ausgestattet und verfügt über die wichtigsten Ausstattungsgegenstände. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bestens über Handy erreichbar.

Schönen Urlaub⛱️

Unser Aufenthalt war erholsam und schön. Die Wohnungen sind schön und sauber Der Garten ist groß. Der Pool ist sauber und es hat genügend Liegestühle. Die Gastgeber Familie und ihre Kinder sind toll. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt 👍👍⛱️

Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, mit einfacher aber sehr ordentlicher Einrichtung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden was man so an Kochutensilien und Geschirr benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Besonders gefallen hat uns trotz der etwas weiter vom Meer entfernten Lage, der Meerblick vom sehr großen Balkon, auf dem man sehr schön Frühstücken kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr hell, sauber, hatte einen sehr großen Balkon (mit Sicht auf das Meer) und einen schönen großen Pool. Mit dem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie ein großer Grill für alle ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber Martina∧reas waren super freundlich und daran interessiert das unser Aufenthalt schön ist. Wir haben es sehr genossen!!! Und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Patrick &Lisa :)

Alles war perfekt

Das Apartment entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, sowie das gesamte Haus und Grundstück. Ebenfalls ist der kleine Vorort von Porec " Kukci" sehr nett und ruhig, genau wie wir es wollten. Wenn man Trubel wünscht, braucht man nur nach Porec fahren.
