The holiday house Maria with a swimming pool is located in in the village Dracevac, a lovely place located 6 kilometers from city center Porec with its beaches and a various offer of restaurants, shops and water sports. The house is located on its private ground with outdoor swimmingpool (28m2), barbecue and private parking for 2 cars. The owner lives near the property. There is a magnificent view over an nature, see and beautiful forested hills.


The holiday house Maria for 6-7 persons with total living area of 100m2 is situated on two floor. On the 1st floor is a spacious living space with kitchen, dining and living room with SAT TV, bathroom with shower/toilet. Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage, aber.....

Das Haus hat uns an sich gut gefallen. Außenbereich tip top. Innenbereich leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Preis Leistung stimmt daher unserer Meinung nach nicht. Mobiliar, insbesondere Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Betten, Schränke ect. sehr zusammen gewürfelt und abgenutzt. Was den Wohlfühlcharakter leider negativ beeinflusst hat. Für den Mietpreis des Hauses, sollte dies geändert werden. Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Büro sehr sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank
