This hotel had a very cute vibe and was close to the airport which made it very convenient, our flight was delayed and our scheduled check in was later than we expected but that was no problem at all, as soon as we arrived we checked in right away and were able to enter the room. Staff was friendly and the games within the lobby were a nice addition during morning coffee!

Terrible “help desk” Service. Worse Than a Motel 6

I have never experienced such awful customer service at a hotel. Both help desk attendants were beyond terrible—easily the worst service I’ve ever received, even compared to budget motels. My key fob wasn’t working, so I went to the front desk for help. The attendant, who was wearing headphones and completely ignoring me, finally reprogrammed the key—but it didn’t work. I had to return five times, and he still didn’t acknowledge me, speak, or even look engaged. No apology, no explanation—just pure indifference. The final time, instead of giving me a new key, he simply walked to my room, unlocked the door, and returned to the desk without saying a single word. No eye contact, no instructions, nothing. This was hands-down the laziest and most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service.

The hotel was overbooked, I was not given the room I purchased, instead I was placed in a queen accessible room. That is a huge difference from the king room I reserved. The wall coverings were coming off the wall. The blinds/curtains were broken and could not be closed. The water would only get to warm never hot.

House keeping never came to change out our towels or make the bed. There was a Target bag and trash in one of the drawers. The shower was leaking massively all over the bathroom floor and there were hairs all over the shower walls.

Broken Door - bend door frame

The door of the original room was broken and would not lock - you could push it open with your shoulder !!! So we had to switch rooms the next day !! But no one would go to inspect the door / Lock !! And it was reported to maintenance till I actually came back later in the day to re check in to my other room for the second night

This is my second time staying here. The room was smaller than the first time but very comfortable. Good price and the person at the front was very kind and polite. I definitely recommend it!!

I wouldnt stay here again.

I was told i needed to have a 3 day stay in order to have my room cleaned. I returned to my room after the first day and trash was still there when there was only 1 trashcan in bathroom. I requested additional.towels the night before and was told staff can not deliver towels so i jad to go to front desk to pick them up. Last, the curtains in the room were broken. They were bluetooth curtains and they just simply didnt work.
