THE MAIN FARMHOUSE

Ground floor - sleeps 8: double living room with two leather sofas, dining room with extra large table that can seat up to 16 adults, a fully equipped kitchen complete with 6-burner stove, double gas oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This self-contained flat has a washing machine and combi-boiler.
First floor - sleeps 11: 4 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms: with wooden beams, stone walls, ceiling fans and shutters on all windows. Additional kitchen and large roof terrace with tables and chairs, covered by shading sails. This independent floor has its own washing machine and combined boiler.

THE COTTAGE
The Cottage - sleeps 5: 1 double bedroom - 1 twin bedroom (or double if you prefer) - 1 extra bed in the living area - 1 bathroom with shower, a large open plan kitchen/living room and shaded patio. This self-contained cottage has a washing machine and combi boiler.

THE BARN
The barn - sleeps 5: the ground floor consists of a very spacious multi-purpose room for gatherings and large family events - equipped with leather sofas, table football and a wood-burning stove - a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a 6-burner stove, double gas oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator, 2 bathrooms and a separate shower room. On the mezzanine floor there are two bedrooms (one communicating with the other).

The Casale, Cottage and Barn are located in the centre of the property, which is accessed via a private road (with automated gates) and there are no other properties or roads in the vicinity, thus guaranteeing guests maximum privacy in this idyllic rural oasis.
To make the most of outdoor living, the property boasts several verandas and patios, a barbecue area with a long table and seating for 30 people, numerous gardens and a private 5 x 10 metre swimming pool.

THE POOL

The raised pool area, completely fenced off for safety, is surrounded by olive trees and offers breathtaking views of the uninterrupted natural scenery and mountains. The pool measures 10 x 5 x 1.4 m and boasts a large sun deck and sun loungers, a large shaded gazebo and a solar-powered shower. The pool is open from the first weekend in May until mid-October.
