Rooms were clean and provided fresh towels and sheets everyday. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist Visiliki. She was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! Navigating the bus and trains to and from St Moritz can be confusing, as the hotel does not provide shuttles to the ski resort but they do provide free bus passes if you do not have one. Overall, great stay! We will be back.

This hotel is amazing. Staff is the friendliest we met in Switzerland. They offer hot buffet breakfast and everything was delicious. Also, the shuttle transfer was very convenient.

Stayed 2 nights. I cross country skied my wife saw the area. Stunning scenery. The wellness area is substantial with a sauna. Steam room and large indoor pool. Breakfast was high quality.

We LOVED everything about this hotel. We were sad to leave. An amazing comfortable common room with a bar and fireplace. Exits right onto the path to the lifts. A most amazing breakfast and lovely dinner available. Bruno and Monika at the bar and Yusuf in the dining room so gracious. Barbara at registration so helpful .The indoor pool very relaxing. Lovely town!

Staff was super helpful, patient and so kind. We needed help navigating the train to get there. And they were more than accommodating in helping us get there. Answered our questions multiple times. Again, they were sooo patient with us. And the property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Close to the train station and restaurants and groceries.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is a short steep hike towards the end from train station. The receptionist is very friendly and recommended a nice restaurant nearby too!

this hotel is about 10 min walk from the train station, very quiet and clean. but it stood out among 9 hotels so far on my this trip is its reception staff. they are very helpful on many issues beyond most staff from other hotels would help. we truly enjoyed our two-day stay there and feel lucky that we picked this hotel.

Wow!

We would highly recommend Hotel Rosatch. The staff is great, the restaurant is fabulous and the facility has everything you could want. A huge kids room, indoor pool and spa services. They will provide bagged lunches to take on your hikes. We loved Pontresina and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cannot fault the service. The shuttle to and from the train station was very helpful. The breakfast was limited in choice but amazing and of good standard. The bed and the pillow were not comfortable at all (too soft). No kettle for coffee and tea facilities.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. The building and room were very nice. Via email i was able to make arrangements for shuttle from train station to hotel. The in house restaurant has a small daily menu for dinner; but the food was excellent.
