Perfect location. Guided tour buses stop at this hotel. There is a taxi stand outside. There is a bakery across the street and a Subway sandwich just around the corner. Many dining places within two blocks. You'll have a view of the marina. Choose Neat.

Hotel was in great location near the marina and food and shops. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware, if you rent a car, they don’t have parking so you need to park on the streets or underground in the marina which can be costly.

Convenient location

Except for the night receptionist at check-in, everything else was fine. Its very convenient location, nothing fancy, but clean hotel. Parked on the street as street parking is free from 7 pm to 8 am. Their is a covered partking lot very close.

The room was very clean. We were able to walk to several shops and restaurants from there. My only complaint was that I wish you could just get a coffee in the morning without having to get the whole breakfast. Coming from USA I didn’t want an espresso ! Just a regular coffee! And there was no cream just 2% milk or skim milk! I really missed my coffee

Pass, nicer hotels in the area

Not on to complain about hotels, as i have to stay in alot but this one was below the standard.. Check in was very rude and slow. The parking is blocks away and always full so be prepare to pay for parking. The front desk We had issues unloading the car, taxis honking and no luggage's cart, a d was told to move the car. The area is busy and very hard to drive around. The room was hot and smelly.the fans where not working and the qindows dont stay open. The beds where uncomfortable lumpy and old. The pillows are hard. Very noisy hallways and outside with the windows closed. I know this sounds like alot, but we where really looking forwars to staying down by the pier. No breakfast, no coffee in the room you have to upgrade to supirior.
