Kame House - Gym & Sauna next to the Beach

Kame House is a brand new apartment with luxury finishes in a gated community with a swimming pool and gym/spa area.

It is less than a minute's walk from Ponta Delgada's two main beaches and about 7 minutes by car from the airport. It is in an ideal location for enjoying all the amenities of the city center, restaurants, bars, services etc - a 5-minute drive away - but also as a starting point for discovering the whole island.

Please note that check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. have an extra fee of €30, to be charged at the time of check-in.

Beautiful property. Good for a family stay. Comfortable for 4. Easy checkin. Fully stocked kitchen. Great A/C. 3 minute walk to a sandy beach. Good location to explore the rest of island. 4 km from Ponta Delgada. There are foot trails along the ocean most of the way, makes for a scenic running/walking route. Safe and secure. Near grocery stores.

Clean and Spacious -

This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you.
