I stayed at this hotel along with several other guests as part of my cousin’s wedding party, and unfortunately, the experience was appalling from start to finish.
The customer service left much to be desired. One particular staff member was notably passive-aggressive and, frankly, quite rude. The hotel's WiFi was down for the majority of our stay and only started working on the day we checked out. When we raised concerns, we were met with indifferent attitudes and sarcastic responses from the so-called "manager", a completely unacceptable way to handle guest complaints.
Cleanliness was another major issue. As shown in the attached photo, I encountered multiple cockroaches both inside and outside my room, which is simply inexcusable for any hotel, let alone one under a major brand.
The breakfast provided was well below standard, and the restaurant staff were equally rude and dismissive, adding to the overall poor experience.
Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world, this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. We chose this hotel expecting a certain level of service and quality, and it fell short in every aspect. Honestly, given the circumstances, I believe a full refund would be entirely justified.
