Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Vicenç!! We were so sad to leave this wonderful hotel and part of the island - the hotel was beautiful and felt brand new, service was top notch and staff was incredibly kind and helpful!! Cristina was our main point of contact during our stay, and she was beyond amazing. My fianće had a massage at the spa and said it was a wonderful experience as well. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 Star experience with great amenities, and a 10/10 view!

A wonderful location for a hotel. Feels like you're in a little slice of heaven. Service and food were top notch as well as all the other facilities. We received great restaurant recommendations from hotel staff and also enjoyed a much needed massage. We will certainly be returning 😊

We loved the hotel, the food and the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and the spa facilities. We also each had a facial and body massage. I would highly recommend.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with every detail designed for comfort and relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and professional approach made all the difference, creating an experience that was truly special. A huge highlight was the guest experience manager- Mari, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—always available with recommendations, assistance, and a genuine enthusiasm for making our visit memorable. We recently stayed at El Vicenç in Mallorca. What a beautiful hotel! Views from the rooftop pool bar area over to the ocean are incredible. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with many options available on and off menu. The highlight was the fresh smoothie which changed daily. The staff were all wonderful, Richi and Begoña, in particular were fantastic—always friendly and attentive during breakfast service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, almost as if we were the first people ever to stay, and our room (with a hot tub) was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. The spa was clean, modern, and extremely relaxing. A nice touch was the fruit and water bottles constantly topped up both here and in the gym area. The gym was excellent, air conditioned, clean and modern. One of my favourite features was the private cinema, which provided a cozy way to unwind in the evenings. You can book the room to yourself and select a film from Netflix. The reception staff here, also fantastic. Always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever a trouble when asked. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we’d highly recommend El Vicenç to anyone looking for a luxurious/relaxing getaway in Mallorca. A big thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay!

This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff there goes above and beyond to make your stay awesome. The location is great, close by the town of pollenca. The hotel has great amenities even a movie theater! the hotel is super modern and very clean, our room had an incredible view of the ocean. We will definetively go back there, shoutout to mari and yordi!
