Can Torrentet is located aprox. 3 km from Pollensa village (5 minutes by car). Like a small 'oasis', the comfortable cozy little villa for up to 4 people is nestled in a 6,000 m2 rural finca plot, authentic, rustic, charming and natural.



Over a modern iron gate you reach the villa inmidst a wonderfully natural and rural setting. The outdoor area is spacious for this little villa. As you walk to the villa from the parking area, in front of you and surrounded by a autochton trees and plants you find the fully equipped terrace and the 8x4 m2 pool with a wooden sun terrace on a lower level. By the pool there are 4 sun loungers and a parasol. The covered terrace at the villa overlooking the pool and garden area disposes of a dining table with seats for up to 6 people, a Weber barbecue for charcoal and a sofa set. From here you reach the entrance of ​​the house, in front and to the right the dining area with seats for up to 4 people and the living room area with two comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchen is situated to the left as you enter. Kitchen, dining and living area is all in one open room. On the same level of the living area, there is one twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. From the living area an open staircase takes you to an open gallery with the second bedroom with queen size bed. Can Torrentet has an air con in the first floor bedroom, the bedroom on the ground floor disposes of a fan, there is another air con in the living area. There is free Wifi Internet access. This villa is a quaint nice and comfortable little country house, for people who love to spend time in nature.

Très bon séjour

Un grand merci pour ce séjour ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce . La ville de Pollença est très jolie avec des petits restaurants et des boutiques (c’est touristique mais sans trop c’est calme et sûr ) . Je vous conseille la plage de llenaire avec des bars de plage pour déguster des mojitos les pieds dans le sable ( paillote Embat avec les jeux pour enfants à côté ) et c’est très facile d’accès avec les enfants ( pour se garer aussi ) et l’eau est belle et chaude ( demander aux hôtes pour des criques aux eaux transparentes ) ! Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont adorables et vous donnent de bons conseils pour profiter des environs et sont joignables facilement si besoin . La piscine est très propre et est au soleil toute la journée du coup l’eau est bonne, les enfants ont adoré . C’est très calme , le repos absolu . Le supermarché est à 5 min en voiture avec des fruits de mer de toute fraîcheur et peu chers. Le chemin d accès à la maison est étroit attention si vous prenez un très gros SUV néanmoins. La maison est très agréable et fraîche à l’intérieur, on s’y sent très bien .Je vous recommande cette location les yeux fermés !!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Finca ist perfekt für einen Paar-Urlaub ausgestattet. Man hat seine Ruhe, der Pool und der Garten sind toll. Das Bad ist brandneu, Küche komplett ausgestattet und die Betreuung vor Ort ist absolut vorbildlich - Vielen Dank dafür. Einziger Kritikpunkt - Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sollte umgebaut werden.

Abgelegen von der Hauptstrasse , aber man ist in 5 min mit dem Auto in Pollenca. Die Finca hat 2 Schlafzimmer(2Einzelbetten unten, 1Doppelbett auf der Empore, offen zum Wohnraum)und 1 Badezimmer. Leider kein separates WC vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist geflegt, der Aussenbereich hat Schattenplätze.Kohlegrill vorhanden. Küche hat grossen Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank und istgut ausgestattet. Keinerlei Lebensmittel vorhanden, nur Salz und Pfeffer. Nespresso Maschiene vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.

Tolles Ferienhaus - Ideal für 2 max. 3 Personen

Tolles Ferienhaus mitten im Grünen. Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Ideal für 2 bis max. 3 Personen, da zwar zwei Schlafzimmer aber nur 1 Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Süsses Hide Away

Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön an Frau Vogt die uns super betreut hat von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die ganze Anlage super gepflegt. Dadurch das ein Bett auf der Empore über der Küche ist, also ein "offenes" Zimmer ist, ist es recht hellhörig. Da sollte man vielleicht wissen wenn man da empfindlich ist oder man nicht als Familie reist. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Great place for family visit

We have had an excellent week in Mallorca at the house. Everyone in the family have enjoyed this very much. The pool is excellent for the kids but also for the parents. All the facilities and equipments were available at the house.

Tolle Finca zum entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Finca ist in einer Traumlage. Sehr ruhig, keine direkten Nachbarn und lediglich Tiergeräusche. Das Haus und das Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist top. Die Küche etc. bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Fr. Vogt war unkompliziert und klasse. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen 👍
