The house is located in one of the most privileged spots of the island: the bay of Pollensa, where sea and mountain join to make a fantastic landscape. The house is located in one of the most lovely and calm places of the Port of Pollença, the Llenaire neighbourhood, in the countryside, at less than 2Km (ca. 1.2 miles) from the beach. The surface of the house is 260m2 (about 2800 Sq.Ft.), with a large garden of 1000m2 (10700 Sq. Ft). The house has several terraces, private pool, and bbq. Up to eight adults can stay at the house, plus babies. It is equipped with all kind of comforts and amenities including air conditioning and heating, Internet (WIFI), Satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, two ovens (electric and firewood oven), and bbq. The location of the house allows to enjoy the beauty of the sea and the mountains while having at hand all the advantages and facilities of a town near the sea shore like restaurants and coffee bars, shops and supermarkets, banks, car and boat rentals, public transportation, medical doctors and chemist’s shops, etc. all of them at less than 2Km.

Very relaxing place

We had a very relaxing time at the villa, which has a great garden, three wonderful terraces. Highly recommend it if you want to avoid the crowded/noisy part of the town.

Great villa, close to the beach

We stayed as a family of 4 with another another family of 5 and really enjoyed the villa. The outside space, variety of seating areas and the pool were a big hit. The inside was traditional finca style and we found it to be well equipped. Location was good - about 5 minutes drive to the lovely port de pollenca and close to the old town too. Would recommend.

Traditional Villa in good location with nice pool

A traditional finca style property. Very helpful owners. It is close to both the old town and port (<10 mins drive) in a quiet location with lots of entertaining space and a great pool. Only downside is it is near to a disused power substation, but that didn't really matter as you don't see it from the pool. Also extra charge for daytime air-conditioning seemed unnecessary given the cost of the rental.

Okay but wouldn't stay there again

Overall a well built villa with plenty of room. We have rented lots of villas so have realistic expectations for what should be included. This villa cost more than others rented but was worse that all the others. The issues we found were: 1.Infections from pool - the pool was not clean enough when we arrived, the first time I got into the water I was concerned, and unfortunately was proved right - subsequently nearly every person developed ear infections. There were 4 adults and 6 children. A few of the children were really struggling with the pain, so we tried to keep them out of the pool. 2. Cuts from pool - the pool has many small tiles that have broken off and have been left in the bottom of the pool. These have broken into small pieces over time, with sharp edges. Again, all the children cut their feet on then as did nearly all the adults. One has a deep wound that we considered taking them to hospital to treat. I resorting to trying to sweep the base of the pool to get the worst bits up, there were loads of them. This pool needs draining and properly repairing, at present it should not be used. 3. Big ant problem - they were everywhere, usually there is a problem if you leave food out. But they were appearing in many of the rooms. We would clean the kitchen worktops down, ensure all the dishes were away and bins covered and still they were crawling over the worktops. One of the children wouldn’t sleep in their bedroom, because there were trails of them in their bed and all over their pillow, again they hadn’t had food in there. They way the property has been built I believe has left many entry gaps for them to come in. As a guest you cannot fix this, even with loads of ant spray! 4. Air conditioning limited – there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms, and it is restricted to 8pm – 8am. This made getting ready to go out in the evening really unpleasant. We did raise this with them, but they reluctantly changed it to 6pm – 6am, I am sure they will change it back. There is not air conditioning in the living room, dining room or kitchen, the property really heats up and it is far to hot to sit in the living room in the evening, we all really struggled. We would not have booked the villa if we have realised. We paid a significant amount of money to hire this villa, to restrict the air con and for it to not be in the living room was in our opinion penny pinching and short-sighted. It also was not listed in the property details. 5. Poorly equ

Beautiful villa, excellent location.

This is a truly beautiful villa and the photos online really do not do it justice. The villa is incredibly spacious with a large well kitted out kitchen and two big dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious with one enormous master bedroom on the top floor with ensuite. There is a large BBQ area which we used daily and lots of outdoor seating, perfect for large groups or families. There is also a table tennis and table football table. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos, surrounded by a large garden with spectacular views of the Majorcan mountains and countryside. The villa is well located, only a short drive away from shops, bars and the sea front. A car however is essential. The owners were very helpful and even provided us with beach towels which they replaced after a few days. I cannot recommend this villa more highly and we very much look forward to returning.

Wonderful large house with swimming pool, TV, air-con at night and great bbq pit with games!

The house was great and the 10 of us friends really enjoyed our stay. Used to staying in air bnbs where there is more available to renters (there was no salt, pepper, spices or anything). We weren’t provided with cleaning products which was annoying as we would have liked to clean up after ourselves a bit more. There wasn’t even loo roll but these expectations of ours was probably due to never having rented a villa before. I would really recommend staying here - there isn’t an address but rather co-ordinates so getting taxis etc a bit of a nightmare - i would recommend the owners offering a bit more guidance on how to get to the villa/ putting it on google maps and giving it a name! If you can, get a car as it is not walking distance to the beach unless you want to walk 1 hour! It’s a beautiful property though and we were very sad to leave. The only big downside is that check out online is 11am but cleaners arrived at 9.30 which meant we felt quite rushed and stressed in the morning. There are games, ping pong table, baby football table and cots for kids as well as baby chairs and swings so perfect if young kids are about. Supermarkets not too far. Very quick drive into Pollenca. Thanks for hosting us!

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison spacieuse, propre et bien équipée

Maison très spacieuse avec de beaux extérieurs, bien équipée, très propre et bien située entre Pollença et la côte (2km des plages du Port de Pollença). Un peu difficile à trouver à l'arrivée (nous étions de nuit) mais idéal ensuite! Suggestion: indiquer les coordonnées GPS. Margarita très disponible pour nous orienter et répondre à nos questions tout au long du séjour. Petits bémols mais qui n'ont pas remis en question la qualité du séjour: un refuge pour animaux assez proche (on entend régulièrement les chiens aboyer la nuit), et la disponibilité de produits "de base", indispensables en petite quantité sur un séjour, aurait été appréciable pour ne pas avoir à racheter dès notre arrivée (condiments, quelques sacs poubelle, un peu de lessive, ...).

Wonderful Finca!

We stayed 10 wonderful days together with 8 friends in villa Marga! The house is very nice furnished in mallorcin style and good equipped for up to 10 people. 5 sleeping rooms and 4 bathrooms. It got a large, wonderful garden with many old trees and beautiful flowers.The best is the large roofed terrace that offers you shadow the whole day and the lovely swimmingpool which is illuminated in the night. The location is perfect - just some minutes by car to Porto Pollensa, the beach and supermarkets. We always cleaned up the kitchen and had not any ants in the house. Yes, we got mosquitos but you have it every where on the island! So thank you very much Marga, Pepe and the housekeeping ladies who arranged a great holiday for us! We hope we can come soon again! Gran casa de vacaciones

Die Villa Marga ist echt toll. Etwas alt, verwinkelt und mit unwahrscheinlich viel Charme ergibt dieses Landhaus wie ein kleines Schloss auf einem riesigen Stück Land umgeben von nichts. Wir sind mit 2 Familien verreist (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder). Das Haus besitzt mehr Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer als angegeben, so dass wir noch zusätzlich positiv überrascht waren. Das Apartment im OG ist so groß und mit einem eigenen Bad, dass kurzerhand eine Familie von uns komplett das Apartment in Beschlag genommen haben. Leider ist der Kickertisch nicht mehr da. Aber mit dem Tischtennis hatten wir auch viel Spaß. Der Außenbereich ist echt riesig und wir die Outdoorküche sowie die 3 Terassen rund um das Haus rege genutzt. Bzgl. der Ameisen haben wir die Erfahrung gemacht, wenn wir die Böden regelmäßig reinigen haben wir auch keine Probleme mit den kleinen Krabblern. Rundherum sind lediglich 2 Häuser und Landwirtschaft. Alles sehr ruhig und weitläfig. Port the Pollenca kann Fußläufig 1,6km erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Pollenca Lidl, Tankstelle, Camping Laden und Eroski Center. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Serra de Tramuntana erreicht man bereits in 10 Minuten. Kurzum das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Für das Personal, was 1-2 Woche da sind,um Pool zu säubern oder die Wäsche zu wechseln oder für die Vermieter sollte man ein paar brocken Spanisch können, wenn es etwas zu besprechen gibt. Wie fast in jedem südlichen Urlaubsland hat auch Mallorca mittlerweile ein irres Mückenproblem. In unserer Zeit Ende Juni- Mitte Juli konnte man ohne Mückenspray nicht vor die Tür gehen. Am Strand von Port the Pollenca ist es besser. Wenn nochmal Mallorca, dann auf jeden Fall dieses Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank Margalida.

Perfect and relaxed stay!

We had a perfect stay in the house. Felt very welcome. We loved the space and outside area. It was quiet and private. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the pingpong! The mornings with the sounds of birds and the view at the mountains were perfect to start the day. The bay was nearby and very nice. We will come back onetime!

Schöner Urlaub

Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer nur auf spanisch. Reinigung und Handtuchtausch einmal die Woche. Wir waren zu 4 und haben alle 4 Zimmer genutzt, was bei der Renigungsdame nicht gut ankam. Der Herr, der den Check In gemacht hat war sehr nett und bemüht. Er hat auch den Pool gereinigt und sich um alle anderen Anfragen gekümmert. Die Ameisen sind tatsächlich ein Problem wenn man die Küche nutzt. Ansonsten gut gelegen nach Pollenca und Alcudia ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist trotz des alters sehr schön.
