This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Pollensa is the perfect place to stay for a cycling holiday. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the townhouse has plenty of outdoor space including a private swimming pool, patio, and a large terrace for al fresco dining.

The ground floor has a large open plan living space that leads to the pool area and includes a comfortable sitting room, fireplace, a large kitchen and dining area and a bedroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, and a sunny terrace with a lounge that connects to the ground floor patio.

The townhouse is close to some of the best cycling routes in the area and is conveniently located near an abundance of restaurants and cafes. The large outdoor patio includes a covered dining and BBQ area, perfect for late-night al fresco dinners. There is also a large bicycle storage area, an exterior ground floor toilet and shower room. With its chic rustic style and modern comforts, Ca Na Rieres is, amongst others, the ideal base for a Mediterranean cycling holiday.
