Villa Roqueta is a charming country house with a private pool, located in a quiet rural area near the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Ideal for 2 to 3 people, it offers peace, privacy and comfort, combining tradition and modernity. Surrounded by gardens and terraces, it invites you to enjoy the outdoors and the natural environment.

A short path leads to its entrance with old wooden doors, which give way to an open space of living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and independent pantry. In a separate annex is the washing machine.

From the living room, access is gained to the bathroom with a spacious shower and the double bedroom decorated with style and equipped with built-in wardrobes.

Outside, its covered terrace for outdoor dining and a pool area surrounded by lawn and Mallorcan patio stand out, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the climate and views.

Villa Roqueta is the ideal refuge for a romantic getaway or a quiet family holiday, with air conditioning, cosy atmosphere and privileged location in the heart of Mallorca.

Important information to take into account:

In case of key loss or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
