This charming house in Pollensa beautifully blends traditional Mallorcan character with modern comforts and offers panoramic views over the picturesque village and the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains.

From its spacious terraces, guests can relax while admiring the landscape or enjoy pleasant al fresco meals.

For lovers of sport and nature, the area is perfect for walking, running, or cycling, with routes that begin practically at the doorstep.

The property features a saltwater swimming pool, located on the central terrace, which is much appreciated by both adults and children. It can also be heated to 28 °C upon request (at an additional cost), making it an ideal relaxation spot at any time of year.

The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread across two floors.

On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs – accessible only via stairs (please note the property does not have a lift) – you will find another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms that share a separate full bathroom.

Half term break

We’ve stayed in Pollenca for many years now and this villa ranks among the best we’ve stayed at. Very recently refurbed and done very well with everything you could need (except maybe a sharp kitchen knife, but that’s the same everywhere ). We would definitely. Stay here again.

Sehr moderner Stadthaus mit toller Dachterrasse

Ein wirklich tolles, modernes Haus mitten in der Stadt. Das Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und allesamt klimatisiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Emplacement parfait, imperfections maison

Pollença est vraiment un super beau village où il y a tout à pied de la maison (boutiques, restos, alimentaire…), superbe église, rues charmantes Points positifs maison : totalement conforme aux photos, très propre, vue très sympa, hyper bien située pour tout visiter, infos dans classeur intéressantes, wifi parfait, clim/chauffage hyper silencieux, literie très confortable. Points négatifs maison : salon très sombre et lumières trop violentes, vaisselle totalement insuffisante ( nous étions 2 et n’imaginons même pas si la maison est au complet) sans compter que les grandes assiettes ne passent même pas pas au lave-vaisselle !!. Même pas de maniques pour sortir le « seul » plat qui va au four, 1 seul petit torchon fourni Douche : nous avons utilisé la grande salle de bains du haut : elle se bouche au bout de 3 douches, il faut tirer les 2-3 cheveux sinon elle déborde !! Si on veut aller manger sur la terrasse, ou prendre l’apéritif tout en haut, il y a seulement un petit plateau pour tout monter, donc pas pratique du tout Bref, pour 2 on va dire que cela a été mais pour 6-8 personnes… Evidemment c’est totalement innaccessible pour les personnes non en forme car beaucoup de marches plutôt raides pour accéder aux terrasses

Stadthaus in Pollensa, 3,5 Sterne

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Innen ist alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig, Technik und Küchengeräte top. Die Einrichtung war uns zu zweckmässig und einfarbig (hell, weiss), es fehlte etwas Wohnlichkeit. Im EG-Bereich (offener Wohn-, Ess-, Kochbereich) ist es etwas dunkel, die Schlafzimmer oben haben mehr Licht. Im Aussenbereich muss man einige Treppen laufen, Essen auf der Terrasse daher etwas mühsam. Kleiner Pool, sehr gut zum Erfrischen. Highlight ist die obere Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf Pollensa-das ist wirklich gelungen! Das Parken ist etwas schwierig, ab und zu gibt es freie Plätze vorm Haus, die Sackgasse ist jedoch so eng, dass man diese nur rückwärts wieder rausfahren kann. Ansonsten läuft man wenige Min. zu Parkplätzen in der Umgebung.
