Villa Tirana is a brand new reformed pretty country cottage in a tranquil Mediterranean setting. It is a real romantic hideaway and an ideal villa for cycling and exploring this beautiful part of the island. Situated in a small unmade track with virtually no passing traffic, the villa has a gated entrance and a large parking area.



Inside the house the cosy rooms have white walls, tiled floors and classic furniture. There is an open-plan living and dining area and a separate modern fitted kitchen. The lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. The bright and modern fitted kitchen has appliances including dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. From the kitchen there is a door that leads to the rear shaded terrace which has lovely views onto the Cala San Vicente mountain range and valley.



The bedrooms comprise of one double bedroom and two twins. All the bedrooms are sharing two brand new full bathrooms.



The exterior of the house is incredibly peaceful and private - with native fruit trees including lemons, oranges, figs, almonds and apricots. A covered terrace runs along the back of the house, looking over the fields and it is the perfect place to spend the whole day from breakfast right through to sunset over the Tramuntana Mountains in the distance. The villa has a plunge pool near the terrace whish is ideal to cooling off and relax.
