This beautiful Spanish house is built in traditional stone, and sits in a fantastic countryside location. Villa Tia�s position is relatively secluded yet only a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Pollensa Old Town, as well as the seaside resorts of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. You�ll have your own private swimming pool, surrounded by exotic palm trees, a superb BBQ house and a spacious, traditional interior. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all 3 bedrooms are included.



The private swimming pool is surrounded by ample terrace and lawn space to sunbathe. There is a dining table and chairs, with a smaller table and sitting area under the vine-covered pergola extending from the villa. At the side of the garden is the BBQ house which has a brick BBQ, sink, worktop and a table and chairs. There is also a WC and utility room.



Iron gates open onto a private driveway leading to a spacious parking area for your hire car. At the front of Villa Tia is a shaded terrace with stone clad pillars, sloped beams and a small table and chairs with views of the distant mountains. Inside, the lounge, dining area and kitchen all have modern amenities, but retain the character and charm of a traditional Majorcan house. The lounge has an ornamental wood burner stove, traditional decor, comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. An archway leads into the kitchen, which has a breakfast table, views over the neighbouring fruit orchard and patio doors onto the rear terrace.



There is a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the front terrace and 2 twin bedrooms. You�ll also find a bathroom and a shower room. All 3 charming bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and the same beamed ceilings and tiled floors as the rest of the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
