Plana Morro is an old estate located in the Son March area, on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, a quiet place with spectacular views. The house\'s furniture is traditional, with some modern decorative touches.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, we find a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player and comfortable leather sofas. From this part of the house, wooden doors give us access to the pool and terrace area, both equipped with outdoor furniture. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and other necessary utensils for this type of accommodation. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a small room where the washing machine is located.
The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: 1 double, two twin rooms and one single, all with air conditioning. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one of them en-suite. One of the twin bedrooms can be converted into a double using a topper, always upon prior request.
The outdoor area is certainly spacious. Both the covered terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, and the huge Roman-style swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains in a completely quiet and idyllic environment, stand out.
