Traditional stone house on the outskirts of the adorable old town Pollensa, on the Puig de Maria hill, all on one level, for up to 5 people, with views to the surrounding mountains. Built in barbecue area next to the private swimming pool perfect for outside dining with tables, chairs and sun loungers provided for optimum relaxation and comfort... The interior of the house is decorated with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and traditional furniture. The house has a warm, artistic feel to it. Lounge and dining room with TV, DVD, stereo and fireplace for the cooler months. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. There are three bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The double and twin have air-conditioning and the single has fan cooling. There is a bathroom inside the house with a bath and shower. Outside at the end of the terrace is a shower room and toilet.

The inviting pool has Roman steps and mosaic tiles. There is an additional covered dining terrace overlooking the pool. Outside utility room with washing machine at the bottom of the garden. Just a short drive to the golden sands of Puerto Pollensa and the sandy coves around Cala St Vicente.

Loads of privacy!

This property was perfect for our family of five. We loved the private and quiet setting. The pool was perfect and large enough to play. Ping pong table was a bonus and having multiple hang out areas inside and out was great. The house was beautiful with nice traditional touches. Loved all the art on the walls and furnishings were perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we need for food shopping and doing various excursions. Biking in the area was great. The road was a bit busy to get in and out of with not much visibility for oncoming traffic, we always needed a scout for coast is clear to drive out of the driveway. House could use a few more staples such as salt, olive oil and toilet paper, you will need to get all of that yourselves.

Wonderful house in a great location

The villa exceeded our expectations and is really wonderful. All rooms are nicely decorated with personality and authenticity and the outdoor areas are amazing. The patio, the outdoor kitchen and pool area are all exceptionally nice. While there are neighbouring villas, you don't see them from the house our outdoor areas and you feel very private and exclusive in the garden/pool area. The view to the mountains and hills in front of the house and the Puig de Maria behind the house adds to the charm. The location is great - just a couple of minutes by car to Pollenca town and less than 10 minutes to Port de Pollenca beach. The villa and pool was cleaned by staff several times during our stay and fresh towels and bed linen were provided as well. The Nord Villas staff was very quick, kind and helpful when we had questions. My warmest recommendations on this villa from a family of 5 (parents, two teens and an eight year old).
