Fullos for six people with pool

Villa Fullos is a spacious property, located on a quiet rural road (a truly idyllic place!) and a short distance from the historic old town of Pollensa and just a few minutes by car from the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. This recently renovated property offers comfortable, light-filled and spacious interiors, as well as extensive gardens and can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.



The villa is distributed on a single floor and all rooms are centred around the spacious living/dining room (well-furnished and also equipped with TV with Sky Freeview channels in English and German satellite television). During the renovation, special care was taken to restore the original features, such as exposed beams and high ceilings, giving the villa a special bright and airy atmosphere. A stone arch leads to a double room with an en-suite bathroom and two rooms with twin beds and a full bathroom. All rooms are decorated with contemporary colours and have air conditioning. A fully equipped farmhouse kitchen (fully equipped) with breakfast room has doors leading to a courtyard with table and chairs, an ideal place for breakfast. In this small covered courtyard there is a bathroom with shower and a toilet.



The specially designed barbecue area includes a long bench, a wooden table and bench-style chairs, ideal for entertaining with Mallorcan objects adorning the walls.

The pool has a teak border, a teak terrace on both sides and patios and lawn.

POOL: 8.5 m long x 4.5 m (1 m deep x 2 m) Roman stairs.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



The tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
