The combined and open lounge and dining area has a comfortable sitting area with sofas and a classic dining table, all with beautiful views to the lovely outside area with pool and to the inviting wooden furnished kitchen, fully equipped and furnished.
In the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom in the middle. On the first floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and pool views.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. In winter time there is a wood stove in the lounge
