A lovely traditional country villa fully restored situated at a mere 10 minute walk (900 meters) to the village of Pollensa, ideal for small families not wanting to be confined to the use of a car. It is furnished in a traditional style with quality hand crafted furniture. The swimming pool, with a new wooden deck fenced off for child safety, is situated on the side of the villa surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area as well as a children’s playground. In the back of the villa is a large porch with a BBQ for outside dining with total privacy.

Bathrooms: 1 full with shower and bath, 1 shower; annex 1 shower

Layout: Front porch into sitting/dining room with fireplace, living room with bar, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room; from the other side of the dining room is a full bathroom with bath and shower, 2 twin bedrooms; kitchen (electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave); Loft with sitting area and fireplace above living room. Covered terrace with large wood dining table in the rear side of the villa; annex with double bedroom and shower room, just off the covered terrace behind the pool area. Covered BBQ area with an old oven to other side of the covered terrace, laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).

Ca'n Noble den Vallori was clean, spaceous and very well equiped. The location is excellent being an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Pollenca. The starter pack of food on our arrival was really appreciated. Arrival instructions from Patricia were very clear.We were very happy with all the facilities and arrangements with the villa.

Family celebration

The property is a beautifully designed traditional home on the outskirts of Old Town Pollenca. It’s conveniently situated on a quiet road which is a 20 minute stroll from the centre of the Old Town and close to the main road to Puerto Pollenca ( a 10 minute drive) and 2 large supermarkets ( 5 minute drive). One of the main reasons for selecting this accomadation over others similar in the area was the child safety

Great villa, well stocked with everything we needed for our break. Patricia is a superb host, any concerns we had were quickly taken care of. Lovely house and garden

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet location but easy walking distance to Pollenca, very well equipped and spacious. The garden and pool area are beautiful and Patricia was a great host and very helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Can Noble villa - communication in the lead up and check in was very good/ straightforward and the property was just what we were looking for - spacious, clean, beautiful grounds with a safe pool for the children. The location to the old town is ideal (just a short walk) and we loved Tema the donkey in the garden area next door! Thank you so much Patricia, we will definitely be back!

Excellent villa in superb location

Beautiful villa that was perfect for two couples and three children under 3! Short walk to Pollensa which is a gorgeous town with lots of restaurants and boutique shops. Close to plenty of beautiful beaches and a short easy drive to the airport - can’t rate this villa more highly!

good family villa

a very good villa, well located. excellent for families. the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glassware, utensils etc. the tight gateway and turn onto the road made it just a little bit tricky turning the car. we would have struggled with either a large car or more than one car.

The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was very good. We loved Pollensa town and the beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for young families . I cannot fault Select Family Villas who were efficient and dealt with any problems or enquiries very quickly. Unfortunately we cannot use this particular villa again as the pool is unsuitable for very young children. There is a small shallow end but then a steep step down to deep water . My daughter in law was not aware of this when we arrived and stepped backwards whilst holding my young grandson. She was immediately submerged and this really frightened her. This is the only negative we have and we had a wonderful holiday . We would definitely use this company again but for a different villa . Do take lots of mosquito repellent if you go in the summer months. You also need torches for the walk to Pollensa.

Wonderful villa in a great location

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. It is very spacious and was perfect for our party which was 7 adults. The villa is very well equipped, the air conditioning worked great (which it hasnt always in other villas we have stayed in) and the location was great - a nice walk away from the centre of old town Pollenca.

Lovely quaint large villa

Plenty of room for the 6 of us including a baby. Having our own pool made such a difference. Comfy seating on the back terrace but do go prepared with mozzy repellent. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen. Air con in bedrooms a life saver at times.

Great villa, great holiday.

We had a great time at this villa. We were a family of 7 ranging from 2 to 60 and we all had a fab time. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was very safe for children, although the decked area did get very slippy when wet. The lady who looked after the house was lovely and nothing was too much, if we needed anything she told us to contact her but the house was great so we had no need to. The only downside was the hot water. There wasn't enough for the amount of people the house can accommodate so was inconvenient at times, but otherwise the villa was perfect. Location was great, very picturesque and in great location. About 25 min walk to the town centre. The roads are very dark as it's rural so a torch would of been a good idea but we had phones to light our way. We hired cars so no issues going to the beaches, although I think there are local buses to the beach if you didn't have a car. I would definitely recommend this place.

The best family holidays we ever had!!

Can Noble was just perfect, very child-friendly, very clean, stunning garden with amazing pool and a special corner for the kids. The finca is exactly what we expected, really mallorquin, cosy and very very well equiped - we even had apple-tv! The beds where fantastic and all the interior is like you can note very personal. We where surprised by an enourmous welcome package that was prepared for us at arrival. We really felt like holidays, the welcome meeting was great, for any question we always had a contact that took care of us. The villa is in walking distance to the beautiful old town of Pollença, so we even did not need a car. It was one of the most relaxed and wonderful holidays that we enjoyed, we really felt like home!! Thank you, for sure we'll come back, great organization, great team!

Beautiful villa in equally beautiful Mallorca.

C'an Noble is a very comfortable villa with hot tub and a wonderful pool. To the rear is a shaded seating and dining area with an additional table and chairs to the front under the large porch allowing a shady spot all day long! The accommodation is a short to work to the 'old town' where many delightful restaurants await discovery. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Mallorca.

Fantastic holiday

We have just returned after a weeks stay. Wish we had booked for a month! The Villa was just perfect. Breakfast on the sunny veranda looking at the stunning mountain view, afternoons in the pool, out for dinner in Polenca or Alcudia followed by a relax in the hot tub and drinks on the spacious and comfy large rear patio. Not to mention of course my grand children's favourite, which was feeding the lovely donkey in the next field through the garden fence. In case you were thinking of going in the future, it likes carrots of course, but just loves apples. Would recommend this villa to anyone without a moments hesitation.

We had a great week in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed and more. Very well equipped kitchen. Our 3 year old had a great time with the pool, trampoline and sandbox. Wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir waren Ende Juni für eine Woche in der Finca Can'Noble mit sieben Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (beide gerade 3). Das Haus und das Gästehaus sind toll, alles ist bestens ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche: es ist alles da, was man braucht!) und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist riesig und schön angelegt (inkl. Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen). Der Pool ist toll und wir fanden den Poolschutz für die Kinder wichtig und sehr gut zu händeln. Es gibt im Garten auch eine nette Spielfläche im Schatten mit sehr viel Spielzeug. Pollenca ist fußläufig erreichbar und einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt ist die Lage des Hauses klasse, von dort kann man tolle Ausflüge machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind außerdem in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit Patricia war unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen diese tolle Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiter!
