Cosy two bedroom cottage in the centre of Pokolbin

Our cottage is an old style two bedroom weatherboard with a classic covered country style balcony on the Eastern and Northern side and with a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and a cosy living/dining room to relax and watch TV or chill out after a busy day visiting the local attractions. The location is fantastic being minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Hope Estate, Roche and Bimbadgen and right next door to the gorgeous Italian Restaurant Pescara; very central and close if you are attending one of the many concerts in Pokolbin. It is about a five minute drive away from the Vintage Golf Resort & Spa and is surrounded by vineyards, restaurants, cafes and all of the attractions that have made the Hunter Valley Wine Region a favourite for visitors from around the globe.
We offer a very private, relaxing location, a comfortable fully self contained cottage but right in the heart of the action.
The cottage is the only rental accommodation on our property and shares the area up close to McDonalds Road with our fine art gallery, Watershed Gallery

We absolutely love staying at Watershed's beautiful, blue cottage. Ron and Lyn are sensational hosts, extremely welcoming and supportive. Their Watershed Art Gallery is also located on the property which is a bonus.The property is in an excellent, central location. It is the perfect venue for a couple's weekend away or a trip with girlfiends. We cannot wait for a return visit!

Idyllic cottage in a great location close to lots of vineyards and restaurants. Very comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 night stay including pod coffee and breakfast staples. Beautifully fitted out with a lovely garden surrounding. The scent of the jasmine trailing over the verandah railing just perfected the atmosphere for an evening glass of wine. Kitchen and general house was in good condition and clean. Kitchen ware (pans) were too scratched to use, as well as outside BBQ grill being rusted through and completely unusable, even though it has been advertised as an amenity. Cottage was in the centre of pokolbin, which was perfect for our getaway.Host was very accomodating with requests.

Midweek winter family getaway

Short break with the family to enjoy what Pokolbin has to offer. Cheese, chocolate and hot air ballooning. Our cottage was beautiful and cosy. All that we could need was available and close to everything. Thankyou!

Fabulous cottage and location

Wonderful getaway

Amasing property and hosts! The communication was smooth, property super clean, comfortable, homey and perfectly located within a short distance to all the local attractions and wineries. All the necessities for a great short-term stay were provided as well as some complementary goodies which were a lovely surprise. Visiting the Watershed Art gallery is a must and right next door. Fabulous cottage and location

Our stay at this delightful cottage was nothing short of perfect. The cost, beautifully maintained home offered all the comforts we needed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
