The Grape Escape is an modern delight which has been styled to perfection; a cosy, yet spacious home where no detail has been overlooked.

This stunning pet friendly home has an open plan design, boasting large windows and glass sliding doors that have been strategically positioned to take full advantage of the pleasant leafy green outlook from the backyard and the adjoining manicured parkland reserve. You will see many quintessential kangaroos surrounding the property.

Of the 4 bedrooms there are 2 master bedrooms each generous in size with their own dedicated ensuites (double showers and large shower heads) as well as an abundance of wardrobe space. The other 2 bedrooms are also spacious and are positioned either side of the main bathroom, this bathroom boasts a 3rd shower and a full sized luxurious bath.

With a fully stocked luxurious, designer kitchen you can take the option of dining in, with high quality Meile appliances as well as a double fridge with instant filtered cold water and ice, entertaining at this property will be a breeze.

You can choose from multiple living areas to relax in, the separate formal media room, complete with sofa bed (for up to 2 additional guests), the cosy living room, complete with gas fireplace to set the winter mood, or why not soak up the picturesque views of the adjoining manicured parkland reserve from the living room or undercover alfresco area with BBQ, generous sized table with seating area and bonus ceiling fan for those warmer summer days. There are also 2 luxurious hanging egg chairs to further increase the comfort levels.

Lovely House, welcoming with well stocked kitchen. We found the house a great fit for 3 couples, plenty of space in shared and personal spaces.Nice quiet environment. Bonus a short few minute walk to Nineteen, and Mezze for great food.Pet friendly.
