Eucalypts is a newly built 4-bedroom home in the peaceful Ironbark precinct, just a short walk from the Clubhouse and Carriage House.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area features a gas fireplace and 75` smart TV. Enjoy parkland and golf course views from the alfresco area, complete with a Weber outdoor kitchen and private plunge pool.

The downstairs master bedroom includes a seating area, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious ensuite. Upstairs, a second living space with a bridesmaid-ready area and work desk awaits. The upstairs master boasts a walk-through wardrobe and a spacious ensuite. Two additional bedrooms, each with ensuites and park views, complete the home. All bedrooms are equipped with full-length mirrors.
