There is ducted heating and cooling as well as ceiling fans to ensure all weather conditions are provided for.

The house is fully fenced and lies amongst manicured gardens. It is set back from the road, making it peaceful and private. The huge and enclosed back yard is perfect for pets and children, with the in-ground trampoline and cubby house a favourite amongst the kids.
