Our Residence is located in a shady park with direct access to a sandy beach. Ideal for families, couples or solo, to spend a quiet holiday in a preserved natural environment.
On-site tennis courts, football field and bike path, nautical base on the sandy beach of Poggio Mezzana.
Walking distance: covered market, grocery store, restaurants etc .....
Villa of type F3 independent and full foot having 2 rooms among which 1 parental with reads 2 people; table and bedside lamp and a large closet to store your belongings during your holidays and a second with 3 single beds with storage also, living room with sofa flat screen TV and satellite and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary to cook with a dining area consisting of a table and chairs.
Outside you will have at your disposal a terrace and a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs in a quiet environment.
In the residence you can connect to the WIFI and a hotspot is available and free.
A laundry room with washing machine, iron and board are available in the residence I Querci.
Possibility of loan of free baby equipment (cot, high chair and bath equipment, stroller cane).
A relaxation area is dedicated to you: Ping pong, petanque, tennis court, city stadium and football field are at the entrance of the property as well as a big-screen bike path for sports and other events, board games , children games,
