If passes are available:
Guests are responsible for contacting the Lake Naomi office
Any associated fees are paid directly by the guest
Passes must be picked up by the guest
Guests staying fewer than 7 nights will not have access to lake amenities
- Dogs are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet/per day.

Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
