LAKE HAVEN LODGE is our Top Rated Arrowhead Lake Community House: 4 Bedroom lake view Pocono home. Across the street from the lake, and within easy walking distance of the beach and community island with pool and splash pad, boats for rent, picnic area, playground, sports courts, and more.

The house has a game room, TVs and WiFi, fire pit, cornhole and other outdoor games, front deck to relax on, and more.

This sprawling Lake-side lodge will feel like home with a fully loaded game room and relaxing front porch with lake view. Enjoy a nice evening fire by the lake with fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone. Take a ride in the Canoe from the marina. Enjoy TV in every bedroom and living room., and an outdoor backyard space set amongst the woods, patio table and with a propane grill and more! You'll have easy parking to avoid the car shuffling. The house is literally steps from the beach, community playground, pavilion, and more!

IMPORTANT: starter packs of paper goods, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, and other kitchen necessities ARE all included with your stay. Sheets and towels ARE included too.

Your pets (up to 3) are also welcome with paid pet fee.

Inside the ~1,600 square foot house you will find four bedrooms - all enclosed with doors - no dens or other spaces pretending to be bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs - 1 with king beds and three queen bedrooms - with brand new comfortable mattresses! This lake house has it all - a full kitchen with all the usual appliances, great room for TV and gathering, huge outdoor deck directly across from the beautiful lake, a seating area with lake view and much more.

Our lake house, Lake Haven, is part of Arrowhead Lake community. The Following amenities are available within easy walking distance of the house:

Entrance fees apply to enter Arrowhead Community. These are the community's charges - not ours. Wristbands for amenities (in season - Memorial Day to Labor Day: $8.50 per person, per day or $42.50 for 7 days per person; off-season - Sept to May: $2 per person, per day) are year-round for all guests over the age of 6; $35 registration fee; $20 vehicle fee also required (per vehicle)

We had a great weekend. The lake is close, which was great with children. It was a bit tight with ten of us but we made it work fine with a couple of air mattresses. A cute mountain retreat!

This house is nothing like shown !!! It was an absolute disgrace . Mold in the back room . We cleaned the house just so we can be ok in it . It was filthy . The silverware was dirty . The washroom was musty and mold . The windows were never cleaned . Not kid friendly the wall upstairs was wooden and it was broken ! Please do not stay it is not what it looks like .

Overall a decent cabin, does need some maintenance. Bulbs were out, stool broken, water pressure for showering is very low. Corn hole game was broken. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Saw a family of deer. Didn’t get a chance to use the community Game Center.

Cozy and well decorated, but too lived in to be suitable as a vacation rental. For starters, the yard was covered in trash. The lakeside view mentioned is also blocked by other properties…really, that was what I was paying most of the money for, and what I was most excited for, and I was disappointed. To view it well, I had to walk a considerable distance off the property. Then inside the house… it was clean, and cozy as the pictures show, but some of the light switches for the main area were not covered properly and the main light and ceiling fan didn’t work at all. Then beds in the rooms were made and everything was organized. However, the mattress in one of the rooms had completely exploded and just been made over anyways. The upstairs bathroom was fine, except door handle was broken and held with tape. Got stuck inside, had to call for help to get out. The upstairs hall light didn’t even have bulbs. The kitchen was difficult. All the cookware was too used up, and is in need of replacements. Most of the pans were bent out of shape, the knives were very dull, and the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Had to go out and get cookware. The sink drain was so small that water filled the sink even when open and uncovered. It was clean and toiletries, linens, towels were stocked, which was a plus. Overall, it was okay, but the little things added up, and made the stay difficult. Would not stay again.

I feel like some upgrades are needed. The back porch door, if closed completely i couldn’t get back in to the main part of house (the door towards washer and dryer). Same thing with the upstairs bathroom door, I closed completely and couldn’t get out. It needs some TLC. The fee for the vehicle was a surprise, maybe that should be put in listing. It was a cute home, but upgrades are needed. Especially with the hot water. We were only 2 people, but the 2nd person ran out of hot water. Can’t imagine if house was full.

It has a limited lake view. Walking to the lake is not recommended. There are plenty of parking spaces on the island which gives you access to the lake. If you want to have a outdoor barn fire, purchase from the near by places before getting to the house.
