Our house features:

-> Propane BBQ grill
-> Complimentary towels and bed linens
-> Games and books for all ages.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Twin Beds + 1 Twin Trundle
Bedroom 3: Full Bed

Community Amenities:
- 2 lakes
- 4 beaches (beach#3 is a 5 minute walk away)
- 3 heated outdoor swimming pools. Pools are open on weekends starting Memorial Day, and open daily the third week of June. Pools close for the season on Labor day.
- A community lodge with a fitness room, billiards room, library, Arrowhead store (Arrowhead Lake apparel & merchandise), events and serving breakfast and dinner on select nights.

- Multiple sports courts including:
*tennis
*basketball
*beach volleyball
*horseshoes

- Several playgrounds
- Billiards room for adults
- Family Game Room with ping pong, pool table, air hockey
- Rentals: canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and sports equipment. 2 hour rentals period with driver's license and signed waiver, cash only, last rental at 3:30PM. Open seasonally.

**Arrowhead Lake fees are additional (required for all short-term renters in the community)**:

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) IN SEASON (May 24th through September 2nd)
OR
$2.00 daily OFF SEASON (Sept 3rd to May 23rd)
Transaction Fee: $20
Gate Card Fee: $20 per each car
Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations/bookings made less than 3 days prior to arrival.

* These fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association.
*We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration and payment upon booking.

If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information, Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking, and no less than 1 day prior to arrival.

NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

Guest access
- The entire home will be all yours for the duration of your stay except for one locked supply/owner closet.
- We love this house and frequently use it ourselves. We've designed everything to be used, so please feel free to make yourselves at home, we just ask that you treat everything with care and respect as you would in your own home.

Other things to note:
- Must be 25 Years Old to book

- The home is located in a relaxing and peaceful community that has quiet hours after 10 PM on Friday & Saturday, and 9PM Sunday-Thursday. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as you like, but please keep music or noise to a minimum as we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.

**Arrowhead Lake community fees are mandatory in addition to booking costs.**
**COMMUNITY FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE**
