Fantastic experience. These suites are large and well appointed, and perfect for travelers accompanied by pets. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. This is a gem, conveniently located close to Idaho State University with quick and easy freeway access.

Positives: Breakfast selection was good. Pool and Hot Tub Exercise Room Rooms were nice with "full" kitchen Staff were friendly Negatives: Pillows were too soft with no alternative Staff didn't seem to know hotel procedures when there were issues Couple breakfast items weren't good (rock hard biscuts, bacon shatters) Overall, we had a good stay but there are some things that could be better.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. We held a little reception following graduation, and the staff was accommodating. They helped clean up the things of food that were dropped. We were very pleased with our stay.

I love staying here when I visit my family. The service is great, the facility is immaculate. The gym is great and the breakfast options are surprisingly healthy. I really appreciate the fresh oatmeal and toppings as opposed to the instant packets. The one thing is making sure that the pet area is stocked with pet waste bags, and maybe has someone from the hotel pick up the leftovers every few days. (Not everyone does pick up after themselves, and it gets frustrating.)

Property was clean and nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some loose tiles on our bathroom floor and the pillows were very uncomfortable, most of them were so flat that they were useless.
