Staff were helpful. Property looks a bit tired - hook fell out of the wall when I put my towel on it. It says pets welcome but although there is a notice for a designated pet area, there wasn’t one. I asked and the receptionist thought it might be the rubbish-strewn wasteland nearby, another thought it might be a small almost vertical slope by the property. No where really to walk the dog.

staff is awesome and very helpful, hotel is clean and quiet, when the construction is done I'd give a 5, for now it gets a 4 for construction noise and commotion during the day, but if you're only there at night you won't even notice it

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive and nice. The chemicals used to clean the rooms was very strong and we had to switch rooms. But overall, a good experience.

Beautiful place still undergoing renovation. Everything was new. I did complain about the loud construction and I was helped by Expedia to get a refund. Only stores to go to. Not much else. So so staff. Housekeepers were great!

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. My husband has Celiac and is allergic to gluten, so I appreciated that there was cereal and yogurt he could eat. I hope to see even more options in the future!
