When we were asked by the owner to view the house and add it to our agency's portfolio, we immediately fell in love with this stately home. Never before have we been able to view a house in such a unique location, right by the sea and right by the famous Lilia lighthouse. We immediately fell in love with it and of course we never even remotely considered not offering the house. It is so beautiful and typically Breton. Everything is made of old granite stones from old manor houses, even the man-sized fireplace comes from an old manor house (for romantic fires on cold days). Nevertheless, the house is something special, because such a large building is rare here in the whole region and impresses even the locals. We are still enthusiastic, which is why we take care of this great holiday property with a lot of heart.

"MEN TOUL" - "the pierced stone" - is the name (translated from Breton) of this truly imposing and typically Breton manor house. A large granite building with room for 12 people, six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two huge terraces, one made of granite and the other as a wooden deck. A really huge garden (15.000m²) surrounds the 250m² holiday home. You can reach the sea directly through the large garden. The bathing bay with the sandy beach of Kervenny is only 150 metres away. At this bay there are four restaurants with marvellous sea views which you can reach on foot in a very short time - the best oysters can also be found within walking distance at LEGRIS. A unique house, in an impressive location; and directly in front of the villa is the largest stone-built lighthouse in Europe - always visible from the terrace, your living room and your garden. With your family or with your friends, children and your dogs, you will not forget a holiday here so quickly, so beautiful is the complete ambience, with the unique location and the extraordinarily, beautiful and stately typical Breton granite house. Of course, the entire house and the whole estate are rented out, everything is at your sole and private disposal.

This is not a "zero-eight-fifteen" house, it is imposing, really big, traditional with a bit of patina, and you won't find this location a second time. If you want to spend a typical Breton but also somewhat stately holiday, as I said with a touch of patina in the interior, you are absolutely right here. A beautiful family celebration could also be held here, and of course you can spend your well-deserved holiday here just as quietly. As a family with several generations, or with your friends - or would you like to spend your holiday with plenty of space around you, with just a few people - this villa offers exactly that. Children are very welcome here. And if you want to bring your four-legged friend with you, they are in good hands here.

We "landed" here in beautiful Finistère a few years ago, and after a short time we couldn't leave this "wonderful spot on earth". It's the same with this wonderful manor house. We took over the management back in 2016 because the house fits perfectly into our portfolio and is an outstandingly beautiful property in the region. We love Finistère and we look after all our holiday properties with the same love.

A large villa, classic, Breton, stately - a great property built from old granite stones. The terraces are large and promise a unique view of the largest granite lighthouse in the whole of Europe. In addition to the villa's superb construction, the beautiful, huge garden in front of the Phare de Ile de Vierge is certainly unforgettable. The property has a large entrance gate, a dovecote and a fountain, and a granite terrace to the south. Towards the lighthouse is the larger wooden deck. The villa offers plenty of space for twelve people in six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and a large kitchen with direct access to the living room. You can also see the lighthouse directly from the living room through large windows. A man-sized fireplace, from an old manoir, is also located in the living area. You enter the villa through the large and open entrance area.
