Welcome to Lézinadou, a quiet hamlet located 3 km from La Pointe de La Torche, a mecca for surfing in Brittany.
This house can accommodate 8 people.
It has just been renovated after 3 years of work with noble materials such as wood, stone, lime, hemp and cork.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed made up of 2 single beds, and a fourth bedroom equipped with 2 single beds.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The rest of the ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen-living room and another toilet.
The house is adjoining another rental. A shared courtyard is located in front of the house and there is a private garden to the side.
It is also adjoining the house of our neighbors who live there permanently.
The garage is available to store your sports equipment such as bicycles and surfboards. It is shared with the other accommodation.
There is 1 parking space in the courtyard and 2 more in front of the entrance to the property.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided. All sheets are linen or cotton percale and shower towels are organic cotton.
You will be welcomed at the house by your host, Julien who after 10 years of experience in the holiday accommodation sector in La Torche will be happy to advise you on all the activities in the surrounding area (surf schools, beaches, nature walks and hikes, water sports, transport, shops, restaurants, visits, local products, events, markets, getaways on the islands...)
