Breton house by the sea

We discovered a lovely old house which had been refurbished & modernised inside without sacrificing its external character. It was clean. Trouble is the balcony overlooked a busy road which , on warm days when everyone wanted the beach, was pretty noisy. The area though was lovely and the beach clean, large and not overcrowded. There were about 4 places to buy food but no chip shop or ice cream van equivalents- not in June anyway. The real town (Plérin or St Brieuc) had to be reached by car but

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meerblick.

In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur der Verkehr tagsüber ist störend, aber da ist man ja nicht zuhause. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen stand Thierry entweder persönlich oder per Mail uns immer direkt zur Seite.

schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, die Umgebung ist toll, der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ja, bei schönem Wetter ist viel Verkehr vor der Tür, aber abends fahren alle heim und es ist Ruhe.

Altehrwürdiges Haus mit großer Geschichte

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt und erhielten gleich eine detaillierte Einführung in die Geschichte des Hauses, das wirklich sehr geschmackvoll renoviert wurde. Leider funktionierte tagelang das WLAN nicht, und das Haus liegt in einem Funkloch... Thierry bemühte sich aber sehr, so dass schließlich der Netzwerkbetreiber einen Techniker schickte, der den Zugang herstellte. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum herrlichen Strand, nicht weit zum Küstenwanderweg, zu wunderschönen Ausflugszielen, sogar zu einem Gleitschirmstartplatz - insgesamt perfekt, um die Côtes d'Armor zu entdecken. Eine sehr stilvolle und angenehme Unterkunft!

Beste Lage, beste Ausstattung, historisches Gebäude

Das Ferienhaus liegt in Strandnähe (ca 100m), ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter gute Möglichkeiten, sich zu erholen. Schade, dass es am Ort keinen Bäcker gibt, dafür aber hervorragende Gaststätten.

Schönes Appartment in toller Lage

Wir waren im Juli 2021 für eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartment. Alles war frisch und hochwertig renoviert in diesem besonderen Haus. Schöne Möbel, gute Küchen- und Badaustattung, bequeme Matrazen. Reichlich Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Sauberkeit war top. Alles blitzblank bis in die Ecken. Der Vermieter Thierry war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, nur 100m von der Strandpromenade Les Rosaires. Der Strand ist herrlich, toll zum Schwimmen auch für Kinder. Selbst in der Hauptsaison Ende Juli nicht zu voll und besetzt von freundlichen, professionellen Lifeguards. Das einzige Manko der Wohnung war, dass die Strasse vor der Tür (und wo der Balkon ist) je nach Uhrzeit ziemlich laut ist. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne für Umgebung. Ansonsten alles top, wir hatten eine herrliche Woche und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Geschmackvoll saniertes historisches Haus nahe am Strand

Das Natursteinhaus im alten Dorfkern von Les Rosaires gehört zu den besonders schönen Gebäuden dort. Es war eine Freude, in dem geschmackvoll sanierten Wohnzimmer zu sitzen und zu speisen. Auch die Betten waren sehr gut und gemütlich und das Bad sehr schick. Leider ist es von der Straße her tagsüber zeitweise etwas laut, und liegt ein Schlafzimmer im Souterrrain unterhalb der Straße. Die Nachteile wurden jedoch durch die Schönheit des Objekts und die Nähe zum Strand wettgemacht.
