With a stay at Hotel Cayuga in Puntarenas (Barrio Las Playitas), you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Puntarenas Marine Park and La Casa de la Cultura.
It was probably the best hotel in the area. The room had a funky smell to it and the area didn't feel very safe. The restaurant was very good, though.
