The property was nice, however for such a large property they only have 2 specialty restaurants and it was almost impossible to get a reservation since members (timeshare owners) get first pick. By the time a non- members makes reservations everything if full. Non-members also pay for the amenities and we do not get the same perks. Next time, I will look somewhere else. Also- if you are looking to spend quiet time this is the perfect place for you. If you want activities- look somewhere else. Everything starts closing by 10:30pm. I was not looking for a party hotel but at least have a bar open until midnight!

Nice property. Food quality was very good, but somewhat limited. It was not crowded when we were there, but we were still told during our 5 days that we could not eat at the Asian restaurant because there were no openings. This was odd because we could see many open tables every night when we passed by. We ate at the buffet most evenings, which was still good, but it would have been nice to have a few more options.

I love how clean the resort is. It’s beautiful, not crowded. I only gave it a 3 star because the food was alright. It wasn’t much selection. Especially the one for dinner and breakfast. It looks like they repeat the leftovers for lunch and add it to dinner menus. I found the breakfast a little weird. It’s like the menu is for lunch. I get it, some people eat stew meat and vegetables for breakfast but how about the ones that don’t? I feel like they need to add more continental style meals for breakfast. And our room wasn’t cleaned as I expected it to be. Bed not made, trash bins not emptied. I was disappointed about that. We came back to our room after a day in the pool and beach around 3pm and that’s the time housekeeping was knocking at our door so I said no we are about to take a quick nap. I think they should do it in the morning when people are out for day activities. Our tv didn’t have a remote. We called to have one but no one came until the next day. But all in all it was still a pleasant experience. It’s a family friendly resort.

Servers are not as attentive, the majority lack customer service skills. I felt I was limited to ask for more although I paid for all inclusive. The food is horrible. They need to seriously replace their menu and their chef at the buffet dining. The beach is too small and they don't offer aquatic activities, such as, jet skiing, I wouldn't mind paying extra for that. They also need to advertise that it is not a party resort, music is not loud enough and they close early. I understand it's a time-share resort but I paid and should have received the same treatment as those who are time-share owners.

The food is great. Very, very good food. Good service and gosh, the food was excellent!!!!! The only thing that didn't make the entire trip excellent was the atmosphere. The previous times I've been to Cancun/Playa del Carmen, the atmosphere was so lively with music, entertainers at the pool, entertainers for the night time and this hotel unfortunately was missing that. It was oddly so quiet. If you're looking for tranquil and peaceful, this is the place for you. There were evening activities (trivia, live music) near the lobby but during the day the music was only played near the grill restaurant and it just was still so quiet and energy-less. Anyway, it's nothing bad, but not the kind of experience I was aiming for. The seaweed phenomena is something out of the hotel's control but we enjoyed our time as best as we could. The drinks are strong and the reusable cups were a great size. I appreciated the adult and the kids only jacuzzis, the huge pool, the diverse food, and the jacuzzi in our suite.

We loved the resort! There’s so much to do every hour of the day for children and adults, you won’t get bored. Food and drinks were really good as well. Pay attention to the smaller cafes or pool bars they have the best seviche and aguachile. They have top notch customer service everyone is very friendly. Pools are very well taken care of and clean. Environment was family friendly. I would definetly stay there again. Cons: you will be persuaded for a time share. Taxis don’t like Ubers or Didi’s. We got harassed for using one in front of the resort by a taxi driver.Taxi was WAY overpriced for the distance in comparison. The beach on the resort always has the red flag. It’s not swimable due to erosion but kids can still play on the edge. Bring lots of singles EVERYONE expects a tip even off site. Just bring a lot of money if you plan to shop in mercados. Everything is was overpriced.

We enjoyed our visit. Beautiful property. The restaurants are all just so-so and not many choices. Most of the staff were very accommodating and awesome to work with. A few had very bad attitudes for some reason. Definitely need more food options and higher quality of food. Not everything is included in the "all-inclusive" which we were unaware of. Maybe not worth it.

This was our first all inclusive stay and it was a wonderful experience! The one downside is the time share sales situation. They lure you in with good discounts on excursions then try to smooth talk you into purchasing a time share. Aside from that, we will very likely be back!!!!
