Perfect location!

Only concern is the staircase. It’s too narrow with lack of safety precautions. My daughter had to put warning signs so we won’t skip a step & fall. Other than that, the condo is in the center of 5th avenue. Restaurants, shops, & convenient store

Everything great and very nice clean. Great staff, They told us where to park and helped my family and I with luggage. The only thing we didn’t like is the location because it is in the 5th Avenue and there is no closing close by and also a valet parking. But overrall nice place! Great staff.

Great Location

Great walking distance to ADO bus station, restaurants, shopping, bars, beach and Ferry. Our hotel room was very clean. We felt very safe. Hotel doesn't look so great from the front but very nice once you walk in. We were greeted by security at the entrance who called office staff to confirm we had a reservation. She came out and was very friendly. Showed us around. Amazing views from the roof top. Not a lot of Amenities in the hotel but we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

Beautiful rooms conveniently located on 5th Ave and only steps away from the ADO bus station! Staff was very accommodating and the room nicely appointed. Safe and comfortable with the freedom to explore the beach or the street!

Small condo/apartment type complex with 8 condos/apartments. On 5th Avenue. Clean, quiet, and in a great location. Close to beach, park, restaurants, ferry terminal, and bus station.

Beautiful location right on 5th avenue close to everything, the ferry, the beach, bars, and reatauraunts. Our room had a beautiful beach view patio where you can sit and relax while I taking the ocean breeze. Would definitely stay again

Very private and spacious room

If you are looking for an apartment like hotel room with an amazing location, this is it! It is extremely secure and private but centrally located at 5th Avenue and 2nd St. It is above Diamonds International. If you get a room with an ocean view it will be unobstructed. It is very spacious and would be excellent for a longer stay. However, the only negative is that the english speaking tv stations are very few and the connection to them poor. It is very clean and the staff will never bug you. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The manager was waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. They arranged for transportation to and from the airport $100 us round trip for 2 This was a GREAT deal!! The entire hotel property was exceptionally clean and with a 24 hour front door Guard was very safe as well. Perfect location on 5th ave for access to ALL. I will stay there again.

Great place In the heart of Playa

We booked here last minute when we ended up missing our flight to Cozumel. Pablo the man the runs the hotel is very nice and was really fun to talk to. He provided great service and even helped us print out ferry tickets. The room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. Only thing that would make it better is if they had darker shades. This is a condo type development in the heart of Playa so you can walk to dinner and shops right out the front door. Also 2 min walk from the ferry

Nice hotel in a great location

The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of all of the activity in Playa del Carmen. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all of the amenities we needed. The views from the room were limited, but that was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Amazing stay in Playa

5th Avenue hotel is in the best location to stay in Playa Del Carman. Right outside the front door of the hotel is a strip of shops, restaurants and bars and everything is a short walk away. Even though you are staying right in the middle of all the action, as soon as you walk in the hotel doors you have instant privacy. We stayed in a two bedroom room which had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Next time I am in playa I will be sure to stay at 5th Avenue Hotel again!!

Hidden, but very convenient location...

My stay was very nice... Cab/Transportation cannot take you directly in front of hotel, so ask to be dropped off at cab stand at end of Juarez Ave nearest beach...Walk only about 200 feet to hotel. Important to know: Hotel is accessed as part of the taller Diamonds International retail building...There is a shorter Diamonds Intl. building nearer cab stop, but go to taller building. At the taller buildiing see security for entrance & manager.
