This is our third time staying at the Royalton Splashing Cancun. It has definitely gone downhill since. Staff is not very friendly or attentive at all. At times they were even condescending. We travelled with a group of 20 and it was unanimous the food quality and the service was sub par. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again. It’s a shame how much the quality and service has deteriorated.

Awesome family resort The buffets were great… lots of options We were very impressed with the restaurants! Steaks were awesome The bigger slides were a bit concerning so we avoided those! Overall the family had an amazing time! Also I would definitely recommend a sound machine for your room Not sure if it was the location of our room on the property but we heard EVERYONE who walked past the door! Every noise echoed But all and all an amazing resort… we would definitely return!

We had the best time at the resort. Our Expedia concierge Manuel Canche was amazing. He helped us book our dinners and was always checking in on us to make sure our trip was amazing. We loved the perks of booking through Expedia like a discount on our Catamaran trip.

I had a medical emergency while at the resort. I felt like the guest services or staff didnt care at all. They did not give me any additional support even though i kept asking for an accessible room, the staff didnt help me with any queues for instance for check out i have to stand there for several minutes in pain. I also lost my envelope of cash and went to different avenues to ask for help to find it but there was no interest in helping. Regular radio cabs are not allowed to the resort and they call only some specific taxis ways to make more money i guess. I did not feel valued at all. I was hospitalized during my visit but resort made no effort in making up for my ruined holiday
