There is not enough staff to serve the guests. We lost power multiple times on Friday where the whole resort went dark several times including during meal time at the buffet. I was expecting two queen beds but instead got a King and a pullout couch. We had 4 people booked for our room and they didn’t leave us any sheets or blankets so we had to request them from the front desk which took forever. We also didn’t have enough cups in the room or a hair dryer. Check-in took over an hour and check-out was also horrible. The wait times at the pool side food trucks were insane - it took 45 minutes to get French fries. The buffet was fine but nothing special. There is also a smell of sewage that they try to cover by using excessive perfume in the main areas.
The resort was clean, the water park and pools were great, but I won’t be going back because the service was just awful.
