There is not enough staff to serve the guests. We lost power multiple times on Friday where the whole resort went dark several times including during meal time at the buffet. I was expecting two queen beds but instead got a King and a pullout couch. We had 4 people booked for our room and they didn’t leave us any sheets or blankets so we had to request them from the front desk which took forever. We also didn’t have enough cups in the room or a hair dryer. Check-in took over an hour and check-out was also horrible. The wait times at the pool side food trucks were insane - it took 45 minutes to get French fries. The buffet was fine but nothing special. There is also a smell of sewage that they try to cover by using excessive perfume in the main areas. The resort was clean, the water park and pools were great, but I won’t be going back because the service was just awful.

Excellent stay and service. Food was good at restaurants we tried(Zen, Grazie, and Hunter). Expedia concierge(Jonathan and Luz) helped with reservations and were very available.

This is a fantastic resort for the family. If you are considering upgrading to Diamond Club, you will have access to other areas, like the lazy river, which is fun and chill for the family. The Diamond Club lounge is a nice space to cool down, grab a snack and better quality beverages….but it’s important to note that all the rooms, whether you are diamond club or not, are the exact same. The bowling alley, trampoline park, laser tag and the Game Up room are all extra costs and not included as we had originally thought.

I would compare this to a carnival cruise at best. The rooms were comparable to a holiday inn. Dirty and very minimal accommodations, very noisy. No one would ever answer the phone at guest services, it goes straight to voicemail and says the mailbox is full. Our room smelled very strongly of mildew and they offered us a small discount on a massage to make up for that. Room service takes 1-2 hours. Food is very mediocre outside of the hibachi—that was good. Be prepared to stay up past midnight to get dinner reservations and then to wake up and be at the pool by 6:30 to get chairs. Resort was very over crowded and staff were very hit or miss. A lot were extremely rude and spoke minimal English.

The staff was amazing… the ( young woman and gentleman with the glasses who work the evening shift ) upgrade my room and the butler decorated the room for my son birthday….my butlers abril and Clarisa were wonderful ❤️❤️ The gentleman that checked us in was amazing I think his name is Carlos but I know he work the evening shift ❤️ I appreciate them for making my son birthday trip extra special… food was good drinks were great‼️… the view breathtaking during the day and at night‼️ …. We left saying this was def top tier trip and worth every dollar .. not only was the resort family friendly it also couple friendly its was just great vibes … every night it was event happening on property it was always something to do we loved it definitely coming back We also did 2 excursion that were great The pool foam party was the best my son still talking about it

The property had great aesthetics, like the pool area and the lobby. There were many lineups to get drinks at the Many bars and only one coffee bar. Although it wasn’t the resorts fault, it was windy, but because there were only umbrellas, we could not find shade as the umbrellas could not be opened in the wind. I would suggest that they build built-in shelters from the sun on the beach and in the pool area.

I had issues with the bracelet since the second day, and I had to go to the lobby multiple times to fix the issue and they told me that it was because I was near my phone, but that wasn't an issue. One of my guest with My 2 year-old and 9 year-old couldn't open the door and they went to the main lobby and they said they were gonna send someone to open the door, they waited more than an hour outside of the room and no one went to open the door. Will report it to one of the supervisors and they didn't do nothing about it for the inconvenience.

The check in process was horrible! I waited in line for 30 mins to check in only to be told I was a vip guest & had to check in at the vip lounge. I was escorted to the packed lounge with no instructions so I waited. After 30 minutes of waiting,I got in line and waited another 30 minutes only to be told I had to continue to wait. After 2 hours of waiting, I was finally called and given my room key bracelet which took another 15 minutes. The only good thing about the lounge was the free drinks and hot food bar.By the time I was finished with check in, the pools were closed (they closed at 5pm) so I didn’t get to enjoy any of the outside amenities. The lights at the resort went out briefly 7 times. I ordered room service at 7:30 and by 11 it still hadn’t come. I thought it was delayed because of the power outages. I called and was told that they attempted to deliver my food but no one answered the phone or door. I was out on the balcony so I couldn’t hear the door but I had the phone with me and it did not ring. Needless to say, they re-delivered my food and it was hot and fresh but not good. The breakfast the next morning was great though! The concierge came around to ask if I wanted more snacks or drinks, but everything I requested was out of stock. Overall, my experience was 3/10. The resort was clean,modern,&the views were immaculate but the dinner wasn’t good, the staff wasn’t helpful,the check in process took entirely too long.I would not stay here again.
