It's a decent spot, and a good price. A few things to know: first, the kitchen was advertised as stocked with spices and oil, which wasn't true, and there are not a lot of available grocery stores. Second, depending on where in the complex you are, there's an extremely loud club that plays music until 2am. Our room had an industrial strength white noise machine, which helped, but it can be hard to sleep on the weekends. Third, during our stay, half the place was cordoned off for repair work, which they didn't tell us would be happening when we booked. I probably wouldn't stay here again given all that, but if you don't mind the noise and you're really just looking for a place to crash, this one is alright.

Teenage son and I visited for a few days. Great location and spacious accommodations. The staff was friendly. The only issues were the AC in shared area(living room) was not working properly and the door lock/key was a nuisance and a bit of a safety issue since the door had to be locked with the key from inside. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

Tired place in need of some love! It has amazing potential! The condo itself was decent and the outside space is amazing. The lock wasn’t secure, the furniture was broken. The BBQ was broken. The fridge leaked and was rusted out. The air con blew mould and dirt. Toilets stunk like sewage. The hot tub jets didn’t work……

Because of the construction work going on .. the property was not as appealing as it looks in the pictures .. Air conditioning had issues but the Manager was kind enough to change the condo for us and she also offered us free breakfast through out the stay.

Great property in a great location. The condo was spacious with room for all 7 of us. The staff was great and even brought us an extra bed when we asked. It is close to several options for shopping, groceries, and dining. We were able to walk to dinner and to get groceries when we needed something. The staff was helpful and communicative via WhatsApp which was great. Parking was easy and covered and private, which was super convenient. If there is one knock it is the pool water is super warm. One pool was closed for maintenance, but you have access to pools at their other properties also, which we did not try. But the pool at this condo was really warm - like almost hot tub warm. They should really pump some cooler water into the pool to make it actually refreshing.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it. There was some construction in the hotel they are fixing one of the pools but other than that all good. Very walkable everywhere and they have parking too. We enjoyed it.

There is not one bad thing anyone should believe about this beautiful property. Our 3rd bdrm penthouse was spacious yet cozy at the same time. Room temperatures were freezing at night which is awesome for sunburnt skin. One of our favorite places we have stayed while traveling abroad.

Several issues. 1 tired travelers have to walk down the street to the concierge office. 2 no accommodations or complimentary service for pool being out of service. 3 laundry service didn't wash our clothes. Only folded and returned dirty. 4 Security tried bribing our party for money, stating we we're too loud and he'll take some money not to report the issue!

This is my third time staying at this property. It's great location. If this 2 bedroom apartment was located anywhere else, it would be at least triple the cost. But here in playa, we have a really nice place close to everything. Highly recommend it.

Great beautiful place, next to 5th Avenue, only downside there was loud music you can hear from one of the bars on 5Th Avenue until 3AM Pretty good singer but if you are a light sleeper it might bother you.

We had the family penthouse which was very large. My kids loved it. All I can say is that the penthouse is 4 flights so if stairs are a difficulty be warned. My husband and I stayed in a bedroom on the first floor which was fine for us but the kitchen is on the 2nd floor and master bedroom on the 3rd floor. We couldn’t have made that.
