La propiedad general esta muy limpia y los trabajadores muy ambales a diferencia que la comida en genral no esta buena todos los dias lo mismo en el buffet el desayuno con los carateres lo sirvieron super frio y ni la mochila le dieron a los ninos que van tan entusiasmados esperando la verdad cobran bastante dinero lo deberian dar free por reservacion . Para ser un hotel para ninos deberian de tener mas actividades para ellos dan una que otra en todo el dia .La verdad que con dos otres dias de estancia es mas que suficiente no hay mucho que hacer ni ver solo el parque de agua que al segundo dia ya no tiens que hacer que banarte en las piscinas ,. en mi opinion deberian tener mas actividades para ellos.al igual en la llegada en el lobby principal deberian tener un caracter para darle la bienvenida a los ninos ya digo muy caro para lo que hacen nada que ver con lo que ponen en youtube , mi expeiencia no fue la mejor. en las tienda todo lo que tienen esta super caro no se quienes compran alli la verda porque no creo que una persona que viva de un simple sueldo y avya alli de vacaciones pueda comprar una mochila en 4700 pesos mexicanos .basada en mi experiencia no recomendaria a nadie que los visitara .Cabe recalcar que el servicio de parte de los trabajores del hotel si fue el mejor todos muy amables y las habiataciones muy limpias

The resort was amazing, the staff English was not very good. Especially the travel people scheduling the activities, when they would get something wrong and we asked them about it they would just say ohhhh my English not very good as an excuse to overselling us something. Saying a trip was a 10 minute drive when it was actually 30.. and then saying a buffet was included with dolphins but then at the place they said it’s $87 a person and we had 7 people with us… it was very frustrating. Also late check out was $400 or sit through an hour and a half sales pitch. Watch out for that! The resort and food were absolutely amazing though!! The stores for gifts were outrageously overpriced!! I didn’t see a single person ever buy anything!!

un hotel realmente lindo los niños lo disfrutaron. La animación y los muñecos presentes. Los restaurantes no era lo que esperaba. Solo el desayuno que realmente estaba súper era solo en el aérea del loby principal. No tuvimos muchas indicaciones sobre qué hacer. Teníamos familias en otras reservas que sí tenían una persona que le enviaban las actividades del día y así nos enterábamos de qué hacer. Pedí recogida de equipaje y perdí más de 30 min porque nunca llegaron por el. Tengo miles de cosas que decir pero fueron 5 largos días y muchas cosas.

The hotel itself was pretty good. Expedia ruined our reservation and we had to pay out of pocket $1200 more for our daughter that we already paid for. The hotel would not give us a refund because Expedia never followed up and corrected our reservation even though they said they would. Highly disappointed with my service. Would recommend the hotel but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA

My family (kids 9 & 12) had a spectacular visit here. The waterpark was fun and super clean. The design was impeccable- we were constantly surprised by the details. My spouse and I ate our weight in insanely fresh seafood. We were very impressed with how this place not only catered to kids, but adults as well. You will forget you’re at a theme park while sipping margaritas at the swim up bar. The staff were incredibly kind and efficient as well.

This was totally disappointing experience. We visited for our daughter’s birthday. Every other hotel had done something to celebrate hers but not the Nickelodeon. Also Expedia provided incorrect information for the booking so upon arrival I had to pay an additional £430! So overall this was a terrible experience

We've now done the Punta Cana and Cancun Nick resorts and they're both great and have advantages and disadvantages. Overall we liked Cancun better.

My 3 year old son broke a glass table in the hotel!! And it is a hotel for children. I don't understand how they put glass tables and my son was hurt and on top of that they fined us 500 dollars.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any resort, especially considering how much we paid. You need to take a shuttle everywhere because the hotel, water park, and main lobby are not connected. They are a few minutes' drive apart, and the shuttles take forever due to high demand. The vans only fit about 15 people, so expect long wait times. If you need to go anywhere—whether to the buffet, water park, or restaurants—leave early, or you'll be stuck waiting. Also, since they transport wet guests from the water park, the shuttle seats are always soaked. There is only one buffet for the entire resort at breakfast, and you have to take a shuttle to get there. From the moment we left our room to when we actually sat at a table, it took 1 to 2 hours. We also couldn’t get a table at the premium steakhouse because reservations needed to be made weeks in advance—which we weren’t informed of—so our dining options were limited. The water park is open to the public, meaning anyone who pays an entrance fee can come in. Despite paying for a stay at this "exclusive" resort, we had to compete for chairs and tables with people from other hotels and even locals. Finding a place to sit and relax was nearly impossible unless you arrived first thing in the morning. The worst part? No hot water in the room for 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed.
