The Condominio la Dolce Vita is a nice 8 apartments building spanning 3 floors in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen. Just 5 blocks from the most trendy and modern part of 5th avenue and 7 blocks from the famous Mamita's beach club, we are situated near to great restaurants, banks, supermarkets and shopping centres.
The 8 apartments are all listed in Homeaway/VRBO (listing numbers: 3947332, 4446554, 4446649, 4445257, 4739578, 4739342, 4739550) and they are almost identical each other.
They are classifiable in 4 types (2 units per each type):
A-large balcony and private jacuzzi
B-balcony
C-no balcony but bigger living room
D-no balcony and regular living room
This listing is the type C.
