Room was impeccable, staff very friendly, bed and linens cozy, and the rooftop poo was a haven. Fri and Sat night music from the bar across the street was VERY loud but stopped at midnight—bring your earplugs and a vacation attitude and you’ll live being in the thick of it in lively Playa del Carmen, one block from beautiful Playa Mamitas beach, and in easy reach of everything you need. Bonus—Trattoria del Centro is just up the street and has the best Italian food and atmosphere in town!

Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice

The room was spootless, well decorated. We were worried because of the noise we have asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. Well located as well. The breakfast included was a la cart, not too many options but really good and yummy. The avocado toast and pancakes were some of the best I had. But sometimes when the restaurant is full they take a lot of time to serve... whem they are full, they should make the essential things as a buffet (like coffe, juice, souces, etc) The parking is a bit small but the staff at the parking is very polite and can acommodate you well
