Loved my stay here! Highly recommend!

American style hotel. Cleaning service every day, very well taken care of, comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed! The rooftop pool and lounge was amazing. The location is super close to shops and stores, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Felt very safe and secure.

The staff here are amazing, all so friendly and made my birthday special by decorating my room and bringing me a cake. Thanks to Flor on reception, but all the staff deserve praise especially housekeeping. The room is great. The breakfast is great. The location is great, 2 mins from 5th Ave and 7/8 mins from the beach. I can't fault it! Though it is worth noting there is no bar. You are so close to several it doesn't affect anything.

This is my third time staying here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. My only issue was some mold or mildew in a few spots in the bathroom. No other rooms were available to switch. They cleaned it as best as they could. Other than that, location is walkable and convenient.

The staff interactions were very pleasant. 10/10 - the bed was the most comfortable hotwl bed I've slept in. The sheets were soft and the comforter thick. 6/10.- housekeeping consistently left long hair in the rooms, especially the bathroom. The bathroom had shower gel, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap lockable dispensers with good Dove product. 2/10 - Breakfast,, very limited selection and the food tasted horrible.. 10/10 - 1 block from 5th Av. Multiple restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, bank ATM/exchange, clothing, trinket, and other various shopping one-block to steps away. 10/10 - beach 5 minute walk & multiple gyms or outdoor tracknfor exercising. Great walking paths in any direction from the hotel.
